Amazing pizza and great service... 😉 Provides full loaded pizza in only 10 nzd which was delicious, full of cheese and toppings. I wondered, only in 10 nzd how can someone provide these yummy pizza specially in Queenstown (tourist destination). And pizza is looked more homemade rather than a domino's or pizza hut's one. Stuffs was great. Will 100% be coming back here.

Had a great night here with family. Cool spot, great food, good drinks (highly recommend the Rosebud cocktail.) Staff were super friendly. Would definitely come back next time I'm in Qtown.

The only reason this didnt get a 5 is because of the rude and arrogant tall skinny chef. Asked him one simple question, anyone would have thought I asked him to cut off his leg. However the food was tasty and quick to come out. Our waiter Amnah was pleasant and friendly.

Great place, the place is much bigger than it looks from outside. Great pizza bar. The vegetarian pizza was delicious. Interior was really funky. Would recommend. Had a pool table and looks like it would be a good venue for watching sporting events on tv. Cool place. Good service.

I was attracted into this place by the girl outside offering free pizza samples. I needed more than 1 slice it was so good. They offer lunch special from 12-3 for $10 !!! And it’s amazing pizza!! Nice vibe inside with friendly staff and plenty of things going on during the week. Go check this place out, you won’t be disappointed.

Wow, true incredible pizza in a pizza-ambience environment! Highly underrated being next to furgburger but it’s definitely worth the try.

London was an awesome place! Don't let it be overshadowed by Ferg Berger. Whether you don't want to wait in that line or just are looking for a chill place to eat and get a drink this is a go to place. They had awesome new lunch deals, a 10 dollar menu full with personal pizzas, pastas, burgers and drinks! They also have a all day everyday special on some drinks so we got the London handle for 5 bucks. This was a great lunch spot and I could see it being a great place to spend an evening. I would go back again!

This was the best pizza I had in New Zealand! Unfortunately it's under rated and overshadowed by Ferg Berger. Is it worth the price? Special menu lunch $10 for a delicious pizza yes! Will I choose it again? Yes!

Experienced great service and a great atmosphere. The bar staff did forget our second round of drinks, however, Kane (one of the staff, perhaps duty manager) came over to apologize and offered us a refund for our drinks or an extra round on the house. He was so amazing and sincere that we took the extra round of drinks and didn't regret it! Highly recommend this place, and deeply thank Kane for offering us a free round due to the delay. This hasn't been offered to us anywhere else in Queenstown despite many restaurants' mistakes so we were thrilled that someone wanted to take care of us so well. Thank you so much for a great night and taking care of us Kane! We will definitely be coming back - this has been our best experience in Queenstown by far!!

This pizza place is my favourite in Queenstown! I’ve tried most of the other places but the glutenfree base is best here! And they put heaps of toppings on their pizzas. The only bummer was that the London is sharing the space with a bar, and the music was really loud on a Wednesday evening because of a pub crawl crowd coming in.

Their deep dish pizza is not actual deep dish pizza. It’s just their regular crispy thin crust dough pressed into a deeper dish pan! 🤦‍♀️😆 I’m from the region of the US that invented deep dish pizza, so I’ve eaten many variations of it. I also ate at the two pizza joints that claim to have first invented deep dish pizza. And yet I’ve never seen anyone press thin crust dough into a deep dish and call it “deep dish pizza” because that’s not the definition of it. It’s supposed to be a totally different dough that bakes up to form a physically thick base crust, and thus requires a deep dish pan to not overflow while baking. Now I know how Italians must feel when they eat any “pizza” in the US. All that aside, it was decent for thin crust pizza, although it’s lacking in flavor, as is every local pizza place in Queenstown compared to pizza in the US and Italy.

Ordered pizza during lunch time and it was pretty good. My wife didn't enjoy much, but personally I thought it was a good pizza. Fairly quiet place though.

3 foot pizza is good for groups. Carbonara was very tasty and filling with generous amount of chicken. Also the staff was very friendly and kind, and the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice.

They make really good quality pub style food here especially quiche and pizza

We were quite disappointed with the actual pizza but the mac and cheese made up for it. Pizza was just too soft. Not sure if it's meant to be like that. Service and mac n cheese saved the day fortunately. Also great atmosphere down there.

We were walking around Queenstown and trying to find a place to eat, a lady was on the street offering to try the pizza and giving out vouchers. We ended up going in for dinner and the pizzas were super tasty and the pasta aswel. The atmosphere was cool and American. Even better with the free pool!

Best Pizza place going around in Queenstown. Highly underrated! Service is quick and everything was beautiful. Liam was our server and he was the nicest bloke ever. Gave us some excellent travel tips and was very helpful and genuine. My wife and I had a lot of fun playing pool as well. Would definitely come back again!

We went for a late dinner and free pool game. Good atmosphere, friendly staff. Kids had a go for the pool game , also finished all their meals. We did not have anything to eat but had a couple of drinks, love the cocktails.

All the staff are very friendly and the pizzas were delicious. Great value as well. The interior decor gives a very immersive feel and the music fits the place well. Definitely felt like more than just a restaurant/bar; it was like a dream!

Highly recommend as a dinner spot. It's an Italian menu but KIM its style is more of comfort food than authentic gourmet. The decor is really cool and the bar is separate from the restaurant which is a nice touch. Deep dish pizza is deep, cheesy and decadent. Give a try if that's what you like.

Great food, half and half pizza maximizes your choice to try it all. Fantastic service, amazing selection of beers on tap and tasty cocktails. This is an underground gem in Queenstown and you're missing out if you don't visit here at least once. Next to Mrs Fergs, there's a set of stairs that leads downstairs to this place. The kids will love the pizzas too. Set up as half London pub and half American diner. There are also TV's for sports lovers.

My wife and I had lunch here and really enjoyed it. The food was excellent (best burger I’ve had in a looooong time - I had the King Richard, I highly recommend) the ambiance is well done and comfortable and the staff were excellent. Our waitress made us feel comfortable and was happy to have a chat. Would visit again sooner if our stay in Queenstown weren’t so short - Five stars

Visited twice (with 3 years apart), both time so so, for 30mins no problem, longer hmmm, not impressed. The girl behind bar looks like she wants to kill you, not enjoying her work at all, not even little smile on her face. Quite expensive beer served into plastic cups??? hmm

The best pizza I've had in a very very long time. Service is top notch. We had a stroller with kids in it the the restaurant has stairs for an entrance. The manager took us around to the elevator and it took us right inside the restaurant. Now what ever you end up having there, from their amazing pizza to their pastas, one thing you must try. Order the curly fries, trust me you won't regret it.

We stumbled into here by accident after seeing the ridiculous queue at Ferg burger. I have to say... I was so surprised at how good the pizza was here. I ended up getting the 3 foot pizza with some friends (note... This is 3 food wide and not 3 foot rounded so not as ridiculous as it sounds). They let you have 3 different types of pizza on it so it's a fantastic thing to do if you fancy sharing. Great friendly staff and really nice atmosphere. Highly recommend.

The pizza was just OK. I wasn't a fan of the super thin crust style - it was crackery and didn't have any flavor. The toppings were decent, though. Beers were fairly priced and the atmosphere would be appropriate for the younger backpacker crowd.

The pizzas are all freshly made in the kitchen/bakery right next to the bar, so do take a little while to come out. They are all thin based, so are a little bit drier for my liking. However, we both agreed that the pasta (carbonara) was definitely better - one of the best we've ever had.

Their pizza was amazing. This is the second I have been there. I liked their food both times.

Great pizzas, great atmosphere, decent enough service for a NZ restaurant. The offer coupons they distribute on the street above makes the deal sweet. Go sit here and have a comfortable meal if you're tired of waiting in queue for your Fergburger.

Cozy, and time dependent.... one the weekend between Friday's and Saturdays you should expect a busy night that should guarantee you a couple of memorable evenings. But on the Sunday night we went.... we were the only patrons at the bar.

Overall an ok place. You'll have to fight through the ridiculous fergburger line to get the entrance that leads to the underground restaurant. Despite the crowd outside it was pretty empty inside. Wife and I ordered cocktails, both of which were lackluster. My margarita had no flavor and little alcohol, and my wife's mojito was only slightly better. The food itself was quite good. We had calamari and fries as apps, and both were well seasoned and properly cooked. They have several styles of pizza to choose from. We ordered a large garden of Eden which was very tasty. The large was a good size for the two of us and we don't normally eat a whole lot. Definitely recommend stopping by, especially if you get tired of waiting for a burger. Avoid the cocktails and just order a beer or something non alcoholic.

Reasonable cheap prices, we tried almost everything on the menu and it was really good. Foreign staff (US, British) were very nice and professional. The local NZ stuff, not so much, lacking any concept of customer service.

Just beside the hyped ferg burger, but trust me better than its neighbour. Both in terms of ambience and taste. We enjoyed this place, esp. because the place is not crowded and you can eat in peace. Oh and the staff is friendly too.

The London bar and restaurant manages to almost do both at the same time, and is generally pretty successful. Everything about the place is 4* though, it just doesn't quite hit the mark whether it's food, or service or atmosphere. But if you are lining up for Ferg Burger, give The London a shot instead. You'll get fed quicker, get to sit comfortably to eat, and to be honest, the food is just as good.

So glad we found this hidden gem down a set of stairs on same side as F...burger. Would have missed but for employee at street with menu. Expertly crafted a variation on their Prawn & Chorizo pasta dish avoiding allergens of dairy and citrus. Rest of party greatly enjoyed various pizzas, calamari, and ice cream desserts. Chef knows his/her craft.Quick service, pleasant waitress and hostess.

Loved the fact that the building was underground. Loved the vibes and lighting. Really great pizzas and curly fries and big glasses of alcohol. My husband loved the rugby playing 😂

Good bar, spent a few hours here and enjoyed myself, descent pool tables also. I didn't eat here as it is right next to fergburger so naturally I ate there later but this bar definitely holds it own and well worth visiting for a few drinks

Not bad at making pizza. Make sure you guys still have those discount vouchers from when they where handing them out at the front entrance. I forgot to bring a stash of them, ended up pay close to 50 bucks where if I had holded on to then vouchers I wiuld have been paying like 40ish. Great place though.
