First time to this pool in 7 years. Facilities were clean and a new pool added.I found the spa pool water quite cool today. Some areas were condoned off that allowed access to the lane pool but people were swimming in it. The walk in entrance to this pool was closed off so the only access was by the ladder which I found difficult. Mostly senior people in pool, a few mums n toddlers and the rest school groups.

Went during level 2. Booked a lane for 1 hour. Make sure to keep to your timings as other people are waiting pretty much on time (to go next) (Update) Renovations are all done and the bathrooms/changing rooms are massive. As well as providing decent privacy.

Great with the new changing rooms . Awesome spot to take the kids. Has a leisure pool, spa, hydrotherapy pool and 2 lane pools.

The leisure pool is way too undersized for the popularity of the place. It's always too crowded and lessons often take over the liesure pool while nobody uses the lanes

Great swimming pool! Lots of parking, nice open indoor pool areas, with good wheelchair access in/out of building & pools. They supply both family & wheelchair access changing rooms, and have their own wheelchairs & walkers free of charge. Lots of swimming lanes, has a kids activity pool, a toddler/)earning to swim pool, as well as a therapy pool & spa. Staff are great too! Definitely recommend as an all-round (sports & activity) pool.

Great place to bring the family. Theres a paddling pool and another pool a bit deeper with a lazy river. Also a learners pool. Spa and hydrotherapy pool and a 25m lap pool. Changing rooms are always clean and tidy. Life guards are on duty. Friendly at reception. There is a small cafe for the coffee lovers and a shop to purchase swimming togs and goggles etc. The pool offers swimming lessons. There is good disability parking and 2 rooms for the disabled with a good full length bed and a hoist they have 2 wheelchair that you can push right into the water.

Great place for kids to swim, i suggest getting there before 10am to avoid the rush. Facilities are clean and new. All accesable toilets and showers. Its was $12 for 2 adults and 1 child, very affordable.

Fantastic centre. Swim school is amazing. We had a disappointing time with a private provider and the coaches are amazing so far. The hydrotherapy pool is incredible and an amazing resource for people living with disability in the district. Can't wait to see the second stage get built.

Absolutely loved this place, so kid friendly with family change rooms, lovely water play areas, water is clean, it is spacious enough around the pool for us to bring the pram in, and it wasn't even crowded on a weekend when we went.

Great pool. I've just spent the afternoon at a swimming competition in the new extension, 10 lanes. Pity it's only 25m. Give it a try.

Nice place, lovely staff, alert life guards and such a lovely ambience to be with friends and family. I was poked ones for holding breath for too long, but that shows how alert they were to notice me. (My bad)

Undergoing renovation so facilities were restricted but always a fun time so long as you are on your best behaviour as the lifeguards historically are not particularly tolerant of kids wanting to do kids stuff. It appears their rules mirror a time when safety is absolutely paramount, yet the more recent design and construction of Margaret mahy playground is more conducive to risk and just plain fun. They are strict but at least you know that when you return

It caters for everyone, the young, boys, girls, men and women. You could choose to do casual swim, or preschool classes, school age classes, parent and child classes, group fitness or recreation classes like attending aqua fitness classes mostly lasted for 45min. Classes start from 9.30am to 7.30pm. You could check the says fitness timetable on-site.

Very busy with lots of kids and families after school and in the holidays. Fun place to spend an hour or so. Has a 25 metre lane pool, aqua jogging pool, spa, kids pool, little swimming lesson pool and lazy river. Currently under construction so changing rooms are outside.

Amazing swim school and instructors who really know how to teach the best techniques, fantastic with children teens; kind generous staff lovely with people of all walks of life; facilities and soon to be bigger and better. A great community facility much needed in the Selwyn District.

Excellent facilities. Coming from someone who has spent a lot of time in Public pools in Japan. The Rolleston facility is world class! Nice wide lanes in the swimming pool and a lovely hydrotherapy pool to have a soak in on the way out. Facilities seem to cater well for kids and lifeguards seem to be doing a good job! I hear there’s a rumored expansion on the horizon. I can’t wait to come back next time and see what’s changed.

Great complex. I love that you can see all the swimmimg pools at once. This makes looking after kids easier as you can find them easier. Clean and well maintained facilities. I would have liked better ventilation in the pool area.

Not ideal for busy toddlers like mine, the baby pool in yhe corner between two sides of the deep pool and although there is a glass divider my toddler kept trying to jump in the deep pool

A great facility. Everything was very clean. The range of pools is good with a lovely warm water spa pool. The cost is also very reasonable $4.50 with the gold card. Enjoyed our visit.

Well I love the hydrotherapy pool for my aqua jogging, really nice complex.The only problem I have is adults bringing kids into hydro pool that shouldn't be there as I can understand the wee ones but no older ones. They swim around and get in the way of your exercise and therapy and I find that's not really fair .Ive had to ask kids not to swim in front of me even when their parents are right there also the life guards don't seem to be too concerned with the rules either. Apart from that its a wonderful pool.

Every week ,Always enjoying going to the SAC . Great friendly helpful staff , great disability changing rooms and access to the pools. And great car parking close to the entrance .and it is not over crowded between 11.30 / 2.30 when we go. School holidays are a bit different though.

It wasn't as nice as the other reviews stated, I found the lifeguards to be rather rude and the prices a little to high. Although the facilities were nice I thought that with quite a high entry fee there would be more for the kids to do inside, instead the water mushroom umbrella thing was barely on and only on certain days did they have inflatable obstacle courses u. I hope they include a water slide or other activities later on, until then I would much rather visit Saville Creek. 3/5 stars. Its ok.

Great pool, changing rooms always clean and well maintained. Has a little kids pool, bigger kids pool with a lazy river, learn to swim pool, lovely warm hydrotherapy pool, hot pool and a lap pool too. Only a few years old, lots of parking and an awesome kids park opposite!

Some of the best vaule for money fun you can have in Rolleston with the kids. Only downside is its too popular and can get busy. Recommend going early in the morning or later at night to avoid the crowds. Includes a lazy river, lap pool, toddler pool and 2 kids pools.

Great complex , but has popularity has grown and it gets very busy and some pools become uncomfortable due to over crowding. However there is plans in place for extensions which should improve the situation.

The rehabilitation pool is fantastic. But sometimes there's just not enough lanes for swimming as there are classes that take most of the pool up. Maybe this will change with the extension.

With the renovations going on it's a bit of an issue getting changed/shower etc as the temporary change area is very small . The pool is still ok.

Fun cheap and clean. We always love going here as it's always warm and always room for the kids to play in any of their 4 pools with one of them for the under 2 with some water fountain for the kids to stand/sit on.

Warm, clean pools. The best part is the salt treated water compared to the chlorinated pools in Christchurch. Salt water is so much better for the skin and eyes!

(Translated) Very good pool, there is enough line for everyone in the large pool, there is also a hot tub, a hydrotherapy pool, a paddling pool and a medium pool. The pool is always very clean. Just be careful not to go there during rush hour! (Original) Très bonne piscine, il y a assez de ligne pour chacun dans le grand bassin, il y a aussi un bain à remous, une piscine d'hydrothérapie, une pataugeoire et une piscine moyenne. La piscine est toujours très propre. Attention juste à na pas y aller aux heures de pointes!
