E.The foods bloody delicious... Props to the kitchen. The servings are large so the average eater will probably have to doggy-bag something. And the prices are comparable to most other eateries around Rotorua. Go early if you would rather avoid the sports bar atmosphere. Well worth it.
J.First impression I was not sure if I was in a restaurant I saw all the Tab paraphernalia and nearly walked out again. Staff were excellent very helpful. Not keen on outside seating either bar stools or large picnic tables, very difficult to get on or off. I am 65 and found it very awkward, had to ask someone to move out of their seat so I could get out due to having sore knees. There were ordinary tables inside but I was part of a large group so did not want to sit inside when rest of group outside. Prices seemed reasonable and seafood shared platter was good. Cheeseboard good selection but had to ask for more crackers. Although the staff never denied us anything. Overall good experience. Did not use the bathrooms so cannot comment on them and I usually judge a restaurants cleanliness and hygiene standards by the state of the toilets.
N.The food here is awesome! Stopped in for the 1st time with friends last night. The place was packed & it had a really good atmosphere. Would def come back again.
M.Service was fantastic, meal which I had sorry no photo too much talking to people, sirloin steak med rare with beer battered chips with 3 sauces and chips. Everything was just superb 👌 👌💯✌

A.A go to spot and well worth the money for lunch. I come here with friends often and had the pleasure of sharing my son's first bar beersies here yesterday. The staff are awesome and the owners are wickedly cool! Come here for good beersies, great sports viewing (on the huge screen t.vs, projectors and outdoor teles) But that $10 steak if the one 😘👌

I really like going for lunch steak n garlic prawns is my fav with cold beer.
Night time is alright when watching ABz it fills up so it pays to be in there an hour before kick off lol.
There is gaming room there but that's not me.
Staff are good easy to talk to when at the bar and walking around.
I do recommend this place to anyone whether hungry of thirsty lol cheers

S.Came here around 1 month ago, the food was lovely with good portion sizes. Only downfall is the meat patty which tastes like sausage meat. The food is well presented and the man who brought the meals to us had amazing customer service skills and was very friendly. Unfortunately the lady who was in the bar/ gaming area was not so friendly. An older Maori lady with short hair was really rude. She didn’t smile at all or greet us and made us feel as if we were holding her up. It was definitely a shame that she made us feel as if we were a burden on her, otherwise it would have been a 5 star review. Keep up the great food

My friends and I were fortunate enough to meet who we now refer to as The Messiah (we believe he is the husband of one of the bar maids or owner) who had a very strong influence on our trip and gave us incredibly useful advice to get a job in construction and get stuck in.
