Reviews of Pub n Grub Taupo
M.Didn't ask for my vaccination certificate despite advertising themselves as vaccine certificate only. On the plus side, their Hazy IPA from the tap was good. When I went to have my pint refilled they gave me a new glass, which increases the chance of spread. Wasn't happy about their covid etiquette, but it's still a nice pub.
J.Friendly staff and great atmosphere! Food was very good as well.
R.Great venue right next to the lake..Awesome atmosphere and vibe. Great selection of drinks to sort all tastes. We only had the nachos for a quick shared meal. These were a little disappointing as there wasn't a lot of meat or cheese. We saw other people having what looked like some awesome burgers and meals earlier in the day.
S.Whenever hubby and I are in Taupo we always stop at the Pub n Grub for a meal. Food is always tasty, beer is always cold and service is always friendly and welcoming.
T.We had a drink and shared the popcorn chicken tacos which were delicious. Great views of the lake and food was out fast!
A.Great location on the waterfront looking over the lake to Ruapehu and Ngarahoe.
Our meals were all great, well made and tasty.
One small issue with the steak sandwich arriving with the tomato and onion ton it that we has asked to be removed. However, the team handled this so amazingly well. Thanks heaps team, what a great group.
G.It looked to be a very busy day when we visited, in total there was 14 of us in our group and they managed to seat us and get the meals out hot, unfortunately one child meal seemed to be forgotten about but the staff did their very best to rectify the issue and managed to get a meal out as soon as and even offered some free ice-cream to the kids, the meals were very good, everyone was satisfied, the staff were very friendly and helpful, overall we enjoyed it here and would definitely come back.
