I can absolutely agree with most of the reviews. Great atmosphere friendly staff and the steak we ordered was perfect cooced. Exact medium done as ordered. Why not 5 stars!? After dinner ordered a cappuccino unfortunately not available. Choose the alternative coffee s sachet of Nescafe and a cup of water. But for rest all super here and I defenetly can recommend this restaurant bar not only for food but also to play darts biljart or enjoy the music. Please like my review below!

It was nice. Me and my pairs ordered three steak meals, medium rear. The consistency throughout was spot on. The chief cooking on the 03.06.21 between (1800-2000) I just wanna thankyou for a lovely meal. All ups to all, including the bartenders. My only issue was, according to the lady it was a quiet night. And it was so hard to find a table, other then that it was a awesome place.

Never had this tasty of a pizza for $13. It's a pub not serving pub food. This is gourmet deliciousness. Tidy clean restaurant with friendly service.

Rolled in at 2pm with three families for lunch and a beer. Very welcoming. Very cheap. Can’t believe how good the open steak sandwich was. Will stop here every time I drive through from now on.

Delicious meals! Had the lamb backstrap salad, a bargain for $20, everyone else was happy with their meals too. Friendly staff and nice relaxed atmosphere. Definitely recommend for a casual meal out

Great atmosphere for families. Great music. Comfortable seating. Staff were kinda friendly. The food was AMAZING. We ordered a Thai Beef Salad and it was so delicious. But be warned, the serving size is bigger than it looks. Nachos were kinda okay, good way to balance out the other dish. They have a pool table as well.

For a pub...I was blown away. The food was fantastic, excellent value for money with large portions. Alcoholic drinks a little pricey. The service there was the best I gave had in a long time, with staff well presented, polite, attentive and hardworking. No large wait for food here, even when it is busy. Carbonara was delicious!

Possibly the best pub meal I have ever had. Portions were HUGE, food was fresh and absolutely beautiful to eat and staff was friendly and welcoming; not to mention our food came out quickly. Very satisfied and definitely recommend eating here if you're ever passing through or staying in Turangi.
