Went there a couple of weeks ago, BEST brewey of them all! Their beer are amazing, so much flavour! The staff was doing a great job, fast, efficient and friendly! The food was A M A Z I N G !! Good portions and very tasty. If you are in wellington or close by don't hesitate visiting this place.

The service was amazing (especially considering level 2 and people showing up without masks). The food was all very good (and the serving sizes are very generous). Great selection, will definitely be back.

Dropped into Panhead custom Ales to sample their Visa Wellington on a Plate burger. We tried to book, no replies to phone or Facebook so took a chance at getting fed.
It was after 7.30pm when we arrived. The place was packed with only outside seating available. The staff were very welcoming and we explained our dilemma. The duty manager graciously enquired with the chef if he could supply two more covers of the delicious WOAP burger and he said it wasn't a problem.
If you haven't experienced the Wellington on a plate burger selection at numerous eateries around the city and spilling over into the hill to Featherston, then mark it on your calendar.
We were spoiled as we sampled the best burger in town first. Their lamb offering is scrumptious.
The staff even cranked up the outside heater and supplied blankets as Saturday night wasn't outside weather.
Top marks Panheads, we'll be back again.

Pop bar at Brewtown in Upper Hutt. Very basic brewery bar which will appeal to craft beer drinkers on a bender but offers very little else.

Stunning beers and fantastic food, nice friendly welcoming staff. What an awesome place Beertown is, highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great day out . They have ice skating, tenpin, go carts and arcade games.

Really nice spicy chips and good beer. But be aware the are 🔥. Cool panhead beers don't get at the local.

I might be classed as a bit biased as I am somewhat of a regular. I've never had a bad beer here and the food is good. Staff are brilliant. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Beers are updated regularly (menu is on the right hand side of of the dispensing taps). However the core range is generally always available. 'Johnny Octane' empty at time of writing. Well worth a trip out to "Brewtown"

Our first bisit. Excellent service despite level 2 lockdown. Small menu but beautifully executed. Great choice of custom ales to suit every palate from light pale ale to a heavy stout. Burnt pork belly ends were amazing. Only wish you could get bigger than entree size. What a winner. Definitely worth a visit. Fabulous engaging wait staff. We'll done we will be back.

Went here on the weekend. Already a fan of their beers, but the food was amazing. Super quick from ordering to being served also. Live music was great and bouncy castle for kids topped it off. Perfect afternoon

OMG three times I dropped in this week to try their entry to Wellington On A Plate burger "Don't Fear The Reaper". Got there just after 12 and everyone in que was buying the burger. Besides burger staff are brilliant and bar is awesome. Plenty of seating options available outside, covered and open. Heaps of parking out front, wheelchair accessible etc. A number of craft beer options. Not sure but either they are pet friendly or they have their own little dog running around in any case it was good to see. Atmosphere is relaxed and fairly laid back.
