S.Great service, good selection of beer, wine and spirits. The staff are just awesome. Has a semi covered outdoor area. Modern design.
D.The guy at bar is brilliant, let us know it was happy hour gave us a rundown on the burger. Genuine personality for hospitality it wasn't false or forced. It was cold but we chose to sit outside the guy fired up the gas heaters with out a second thought. I've been to a number of bars and restaurants this month but this is the most positive, genuine and honest service I've had. The burger took around 10-mins to come out, it wasn't bad. D4 you got it right with the Irish guy at the bar, apologizes if he isn't Irish. Service is everything good on ya.

C.This was my old haunt years ago when it was called play. D4 has only a Slightly different layout than play but other than it being a different bar This place has top service and a wide variety of drinks. I'll be back
S.Great service the burgers are mammoth and delish! We went for gin tasting the bartender was enthusiastic and made it alot of fun we would definitely go back for round 2.
J.Great gin selection, one of the best in town. Lots of ones you can't get in NZ. Only let down is it's often not super busy so can be a bit quiet. The staff are knowledgeable and do a good talk if you get the gin tasting paddle.

J.Can't go wrong with this bar for relaxed drinks or polar opposite. They play special events and sports on 2 big projector screens. Food is delicious with lots of variety.
Ohh and a fully stocked GIN bar 👍
Y.A sports bar that is not too crowded. Friendly bartender with good beer. A good place to gather and chat. Dont need to shout your lungs out to get a message across.
M.Went to the 1st Wednesday of the month open Mike night... Awesome atmosphere , small crowd . But first time they have had it.. Great bunch of musicians who encouraged everyone to play and sing.. Will definitely be back..
L.D4 on Allen is a great little spot, right off the heart of Courtney place. The staff are incredibly friendly, they've got a great choice of drinks and Its a very comfortable, living room esque set up to it. Top pick for mid week drinks.
A.Cheap drinks. Nice staff. DJ was really average last night... It's a big place so it's nice if you want to hang out with a big group.
B.this is a newly booming place. Side streets hard but quality shines thru. Great for RWC coming up..ex food...really on to it staff esp CATHY...sooo Oyrish !! cleanest dunnies in town dare i mention....backing Ireland ABS n Japan in RWC...so great mix ...Gin galore if you wanna get real happy ...cheers...Baz
