C.Great casual sports bar. Roomy booth seating. Generous sized meals. Gluten free and dairy free options. Tidy bathroom. Good views of TVs showing sports. Friendly service.
J.Classic sports pub, a great place to watch the game, even early on a Sunday morning, football upstairs, rugby downstairs. Friendly staff, comfortable setting. Good food. Central location.

L.Great place to watch sports! They tend to play a lot of football games that other bars don’t usually open for. They’ve got heaps of entertainment from Xbox, pool table, mini golf and corn hole! Drinks and service are always great here too.
T.All i wanted was a chicken parmigiana, but do you think I could find one anywhere in Wellington...hmmmahhh no. They say its the Melbourne of NZ but if you're the Melbourne of NZ then you MUST have chicken parma.
Anyway, I found a Chicken Parmisan on the menu of "Dirty Little Secret" a small roof top bar above Four Kings. It was one of Wellingtons windy days so I gave the roof top a miss and headed downstairs and worked out the menu at the Four Kings is the same. Well, I know it wasn't a parma, but geez it was close. The chicken was so moist and beautifully cooked, the chips great and the beers plentiful.
Such a great spot whether its windy or not.

H.The live music is always a riot. The portion size of the fries is great. I can recommend the lemon lime and bitters. Great place to watch the rugby!

M.Now called Jack Hackett's. Went for the Capital Blues Night. Need to get there early to get a table with a view of the stage. Staff helpful with the menu, I enjoyed the vegetarian burger.
S.The four Kings is brilliant for soccer fans. It is a little run down, but it caters fantastically well to the odd desires and schedules of soccer fans. The place to watch the world cup. If you're not a soccer fan, go somewhere else.
