Let's start with the coffee (or mocha for the coffee addicts). Delicious. Perfect temp and perfect taste. The food was heavenly. Crunchy hashbrowns, perfectly poached eggs, and not too crispy bacon - just how I like it. I ordered the $10 breakfast which looked more like an $18 Auckland breakie, and my wife the $15 eggs Benedict. Add two $4 coffees and you've got yourself a cheap breakie that won't break the bank. Thanks team! We'll be back.

Went here for lunch on the weekend. Food was excellent! Service was awesome. The star was the buffalo chicken tenders!!!! O M G the best!!! I'll be back for many months more of those!! Awesome work team!!!

Classic Irish pub. It looks rund down a tiny bit but it has an alright atmosphere. Quite central (in Johnsonville) so it has a good access. It has a pretty good food for good value. The prices of beer on the menu and in reality differ 😂 Friendly staff. I called and asked whether they were gonna show the UFC. They initially said no, but then later they must have changed their mind, and called me back to inform me of that.

Reasonably priced big delicious pub meals. Cosy on a winter's night. Live rugby on. Not crowded or noisy. Pork belly 9/10 for the lady, bangers and mash 10/10 from the Scotsman cos of the Yorkshire puds. Salted caramel cheesecake for pudding! Happy little place, should've been to sooner.

The customer service is great. Our server was quite funny and unashamed about being a bit of a mess. She tried to call back the orders to everyone but our table was full of cousins who hadn't seen each other in ages so no one was listening. Told her thanks but it should be fine. Then even though apple crumble was on the board, there wasn't actually any... hahaha. Just small pub funnies. Food is so-so, but I'd go back to have a yarn with the servers.

Stopped in to have a pint after lockdown. Been going to this pub occasionally for 10 years, definitely has a quiet but friendly local feeling. Could really do with a standard larger option on tap to be more appealing.

Nice little neighborhood bar. They ran out of Guinness, then ran out of Kilkenny, then ran out of the IPA ... And didn't have the whiskey I wanted haha On the plus side, bar staff were really good about it all - made it kind of funny that things were a little disorganized. Food was great! I will return next time I am in town for a Guinness 😉

This time, on my second visit I received a much better reception. Thankyou for asking other patrons if it was ok to turn the tv channel to rugby so I could watch the last 15minutes of The Lions vs BoP game. Felt guilty but we're talking about rugby here and our regional team The Lions 😁. You guys rock!
