Nice clean place. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The meal was so Delicious, cooked to the way we like it. I even had to have a Doggy bag because I couldn't eat it all. Definitely worth having a meal here. Recommend to all

A really nice restaurant with amazing food, we had the Fish burger and the Fish of the day. The waitress and the chef were really nice too. Hope to go back again soon

Food was amazing hats off to the chef, price is reasonable, lucky there were some good conversation while we waited over an 1 1/2 for our tables food to arrive and it didn't come out at the same time, half the table had already started eating. The waitress was awesome she apologized for long wait time, as she is serving us our delicious meals. Time was a factor here, otherwise would be 5 stars. Happy to try again next time we are in Whakatane it's worth it

The meal and lemon lime n bitters were great but the desert was like a kid made it . Hardly any sauce on the sundae and the apple crumble looked like a tiny cupcake . Not sure if we'll go back , maybe just for mains not desert .

Good service, reasonable food, reasonable prices.

Beautiful meal as per usual. Took a little longer than normal to receive our meals, but I think our waiter may have been a bit slow getting the order in. Great value $20 steak meal which includes a beer or wine!!

Group of 22. Neil's 70th and we were blown away by ONE chef! Our surf n turf was amazing. We come from Mount Maunganui and so worth it. We would highly recommend. Thank you Chef. Your amazing.

Came to Whakatane for a girls night & it was suggested to come here! Came in last night to check it out, from service, to the DJ even the bomb security guy everything was on point & I loved every single moment of it! Come in this morning to eat & the chef is lovely as, again awesome customer service I’ll definitely be back!

We are constant visitors to Whakatane. We had never been to Rhyley's before. I will always go there now. The young Chef REALLY knows his stuff and has a great future. Unbelievable food. Massive portions. Shamefully cheap. Great vibe. Please put your prices up. XXXXXXXXX. Big hug to the chef!

We took visitors from Hamilton there for lunch today. We had the special Burger chips and ale $16. I had the mussells. High 5 to the chef on his own. The meals were wonderful. Will be back.

Went out on a Saturday night I think anyway, it was really nice, staff were amazing, food was so delicious, and they also had a live band who were also amazing. The price of the food was reasonable and well worth it drinks were nice but too expensive for me lol but all in all ots a great place

Great service & the food was yummy. We went on a Tuesday & there was awesome specials running. The tables & chairs could do with a tidy up but was clean.

The meals were so yummy and scotch fillet steak cooked to perfection. Nice with the fireplace

Me and my workmates called in for dinner and drinks one night and we fully enjoyed ourselves! Staff were friendly and the meals were huge and satisfying. Thanks guys. Definitely going back with my family

Food was good, but the wait was long. Drinks were cheap. DJ came on at ten and played till twelve when it shut, a decent night out in a small town.
