Rhys got us a sale price for our property that I was very pleased with. Marketing wise, he provided weekly reports on statistics, updates straight after every open home and viewing, which was great, and the photos that were part of the marketing package were awesome; Rhys made sure to reflect the amount of work put into the house to get it ready for sale. I had never sold a house before, but Rhys made the process easy to understand, answered every question I had and took all the worry out of the process with his expert knowledge.
