She was friendly, helpful and supportive - and she knows the village as she lives here herself as an active member of the community. However I would like to say that a friend is having a terrible experience with the Palmerston North Branch. I always listen to Tim Mordaunt's adverts on our local radio saying how they give the buyer, seller, vendor and renter the "absolute best result" but this is certainly not the case when things do not go smoothly.
