360 Property Management definitely had a positive impact on us. They have a significant market presence and well-defined roles amongst their dedicated specialist team. Leah McDonald (Business Development Manager) communicated well, was knowledgeable & proficient. In particular we found dealing with Jacque O’Connor (Leasing Agent) a pleasure as she is obviously very experienced with a positive, can-do attitude…. a great communicator (a must for us) who identified a quality tenant very quickly! Tito Tito, (Property Manager), also a great communicator with excellent people skills whose philosophy is: 'you own the property, I own the hassles' (what more do you want). Tito organised things quick smart & covered off everything we needed to know; nothing was a problem & he has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. 360 Property Management have integrity & we highly recommend them!

Transparent and upfront with everything we need to know. We live overseas 360 Property has always taken the initiative to keep us well informed especially during Covid lockdowns. Our current Property Manager Alice France is a STAR worthy of praise as she has stood in for us on many occasions, organised quotations, dealt with insurance, matters that needed a person on the ground to assess. 360 Property you’ve made our lives as Land Lords living overseas a joy.

As property managers the 360 crew have kept ahead of issues throughout lockdowns, so that they don't become massive. They managed to get a new bathroom built in one of our units in two weeks in the middle of a nationwide shortage of tradies and materials. Highly recommended.

I have been very impressed with the level of service, prompt replies and regular communication I have received as Landlord of a Rental Property in Pokeno which Lisa Currie looks after. I would highly recommend appointing a professional property manager to look after your investment, particulaly in the current market with all the increased compliance and regulation imposed on Landlords. 360 Property Management certainly made a positive 360-degree impact on our rental property when they took over management from a previous company. A big shout out to our Property Manager, Lisa, who had to make a tough call to me to inform me that the property hadn’t been kept in the best condition by the previous company. I really appreciated her honesty. Lisa had already remedied some of the issues and repairs were organised on the spot – with same day service! Lisa was also very respectful of our tenant and guided them on what to do to get their bond back. I am super impressed with the service, making an unfortunate situation into a positive experience with a great outcome.

The 360 team has done an amazing job with renting and managing my property. The property was rented out in two days, my vacancy was minamised and a very high rent was achieved. Joel was so thorough when we met, he provided helpful insight on all aspects of the rental industry and guided me to a successful result. His communication is by far the best I've known in the industry. Jacque was very strong with the tenant selection and I believe she has my best interest at heart. We had multiple groups through and she facilitated everything so well. Highly Recommend 360 PM. While renting with 360 PM for the past 3years, Emma has been my only PM and she has been Splendid. When I request matters to her, she is quick to get the matter resolved. When she is away, she informs us of her absence and who we can deal with if we have any concerns or matters Whilst absent. Sadly, our rental has now been Sold and we now have a new owner so we no longer have 360 as our PM as the new owner prefers to deal with us herself. Emma will be dearly missed by me and my family. Forever grateful for all the support. Thank you.

My property manager is the best always get a response when i have issues with the house. Keeps me updated with everything have had no issues at all. Totally recommend raywhite they go out of there way with viewings making sure its a good time for you especially on weekends when most dont do weekend viewings. Communication is always on point

360 Property Management manage our rental property in South Auckland. The team are always approachable and proactive and Nelly especially has been excellent to deal with through our recent tenant abandonment dramas. She's dealt with all issues promptly and efficiently, found us a great new tenant promptly and has been great dealing with the Tenancy Tribunal, insurance claims and the like. Would definitely recommend to anyone, this team know their stuff!!

Our property manager at 360 is Nelly Trotter and she is excellent! Communication is great, and everything is managed very well for us. In comparison to another property management group who manage our other rental in Papakura, although they provide the adequate service, we'd have no hesitation in referring our friends/or other landlords to 360 and Nelly.

I have found the service of Ray White 360 Property Management to be a cut above the rest. I called a few companies who did not get back to me, when I enquired on the website, Joel called me within 30 minutes. Joel was very thorough when explaining how the process works as a landlord and he updated me on all legislation and advised me on what was necessary. The service after meeting with Joel proved to be as he explained. My tenants were found in 5 days and he even helped me secure my home in Papamoa! The 360 Property Management team are efficient and effective. My investment is in safe hands which is a big relief for me. I would recommend 360 to anyone.

Got to work with Joel Goulding from 360 Property Management to have my house rented and it took just less than a week for him to get me a very trustable tenants. The process is so fast and very convenient plus the management service they provide are better than any other company that I used to work it. So much appreciate for the hard work. Adam at 360 property management is everything you could hope for in a manager. Too many times it seems I would have to chase up concerns or an issue with the company I had used previously. I have got my second house from 360 property management . The application process is simple even for groups as all the application get linked automatically . They respond within 48 hours from my experience. The agent who show the houses or flats are friendly and take time to answer questions without any hurry.
