It paid off, instead of being treated like a number, I received a boutique focused service. I had complete confidence in my agent , she set me at ease with her honest appraisal, marketing plan and lively personality. Kerry managed to pull in an offer with the first open home but also kept hot on the heels of all leads, this is what impressed me the most.
