The property manager we were dealing with was Ashlee Zhang. She was highly professional in dealing with us and addressing our queries and issues. Caroline Li is brilliant! One of the main reasons why I have really come to cherish her (and by extension, the team at APML) is her willingness to go above and beyond for us. We have appreciated prompt and professional responses to any query, the video inspections and clear monthly statements without the ambiguous outgoings of other property managers. They had online portal access years ago and have recently updated it. I would highly recommend this company and know that tenants have also appreciated quick responses to their concerns, with repairs and maintenance issues handled quickly.

I have no regrets that I rented for a half year by Auckland Property management and they were so quick in reponsing the emails Jenny Jiang the assistant was so gentle person to deal with. And our property manager Caroline Li was really helpful as well. Very professional and quickly handled the issues for us, they fixed a weekly rent amount very affordable while the place was so spacious even. And last thing the reason why Auckland Property Management has exceptional service, cause most people encountering the issues by delaying to get a bond refund but our property manager and her assistant Jenny Jiang were so quickly paid out after they found out nothing was wrong with the unit. If you find hard to rent a property and first time being a tenant, I strongly recommend Auckland Property Management. It was glad that I found here.

I have such a great experience with Auckland Prop Management. Two things that are excellent: property manager and tenant portal. My property manager was Tim Harrington. Tim was such an excellent property manager, extremely easy and prompt to communicate with. If there is any questions/concerns, he would quickly address it. The tenant portal is highly appreciated, especially when transferring money to pay for other fees that the BC covers. Received payment will be reflected on the portal, eliminating any issues/concerns about unsent payments. Overall, I had such a great time renting with AKL Prop Management, and would definitely rent with them in the future, should the opportunity exists!

Auckland Property Management was recommended to us by friends and so we kind of already knew about their reputation prior to signing up with them. Jessie Wu, the team leader, assisted with the initial advertisement of the property and provided helpful advice to us. Then property manager, Edwin Yu, has worked diligently throughout the year and always kept us informed with everything. Our property had challenges with securing long-term tenancy due to remedial project. Edwin has done a great job of advertising the property and interviewing the applicants. With the COVID pandemic, Edwin also stayed in close communication with the tenants to ensure the financial hardship was addressed. Being an overseas owner, Edwin's work has made our lives a lot easier and our mind a lot more peaceful. I would definitely recommend Auckland Property Management and Edwin Yu as property manager.

I am very disappointed in the overall service regarding the management of my property at St Helier’s. I have arranged for both an update of my healthy homes report as well as early access for new tenants to view my property (to ensure 0 vacancy). Not only have I not recieved an updated report but the new property manager company I am switching to informed me that they were denied viewings AND were met with hostility from my existing PM from APM. Far from professional. Now the move out date has passed and we are just starting viewings as listings resulting in loss of rent. I would strongly caution those interested in signing on to this company, there is superior service for more competitive rates.
