First, full disclosure - I am related to Sarah, and initially when I spoke to her about getting some general advice on marketing out home, I was upfront about my hesitation in 'doing business' with family. Anyway, they graciously agreed to coming over for an informal chat, and well, the rest is history! :-) Sarah & Julie did an absolutely outstanding job in marketing and selling our property. They are a formidable team - Sarah's marketing skills mesh perfectly with Julie's data and market-analysis expertise. They also provided exceptional advice on preparing the house for sale, with in-depth suggestions on simple and cost-effective improvements we could make to enhance saleability - from paint colour schemes and interior decoration to garden plantings. All in all it was a fabulous experience and has changed my view of doing business with family! Highly recommended.

They went over and above to help us each step of the way. As an older couple preparing to move from our family home to a retirement village, we were daunted by the whole process but Sarah made us feel so comfortable ... so completely trustworthy. We recently sold our apartment through Sarah and Julie and had a great experience. Sarah and Julie helped us get our property up to a high standard for sale and provided a range of items to help stage it so it looked it’s best. Sarah and Julie were great communicators answering any queries we had straight away. Selling during a Level 3 Lockdown and having two young children, they made sure that viewings would be at times that would suit us and our family’s needs. Four days after our apartment hit the market, Sarah and Julie had it under contract at a price that we were absolutely thrilled with. They made what could have been a very stressful process, simple and easy. We have already recommended Sarah and Julie to all the other owners in our apartment complex and will be recommending them to family and friends as well. I bought my first home through Julie and Sarah just the other day and all I can say is that it was a bloody brilliant experience and they make a great team. We would give them 5 star's, as they were incredibly easy to deal with, communication was excellent, and they offered their expertise at all times. Their marketing of the property was excellent and what they said they would do, they did, and also always on time.
