What first impressed us about Karin was her excellent work ethic and genuine care for others. Karin initially helped us with a property matter that wasn’t necessarily going to result in a listing for her. Despite this, Karin went out of her way, making a genuine effort to understand our situation and help resolve it. When it came time for us to choose an agent to sell our rental properties, we could have picked someone with more industry experience but I’m glad we didn’t. We have had dealings with many agents before, some with decades of experience and top listings in their area. Karins skills from her previous sales career, combined with her current real estate acumen, and interpersonal skills, confirmed to us she was the right choice. Karin’s professionalism and empathy was evident from the start. She was able to put our tenants at ease at a time that can be incredibly stressful, working with them, to get the job done. If it wasn’t for this genuine care and respect for all, I don’t think it would have gone as smoothly as it did. Karin earned every bit of her commission which in this industry I don’t say lightly. She worked tirelessly behind the scenes ensuring we had an excellent turnout for our auction and ultimately a stellar result. All this even after going into nationwide lockdown two days prior. If we had anyone else, I’m confident the result would have been different. We can not recommend anyone more highly, and wish Karin every success moving forward, and you, if you have the good sense to list with her.

Anna great job of helping us navigate through a tough time with landing a tenant just before lock down and then managing the tenant expectations in the context of unfinished remediation work at our apartment and the restrictions of Covid 19.
