It's all about competence and professionalism! Having just ended a bad period with our property, we encountered Keely from Barfoot, Mt.Eden. She was a breath of fresh air and a bundle of enthusiasm, ready to take on all our problems. She worked rapidly and effectively to resolve each problem, irrespective of size or complexity. All this, and she had settled in new tenants within ten days. This young lady has what it takes for this demanding job. She is a great communicator and listener, takes her role seriously and has a personality of smiles and 'can do'. Just what we needed. We can recommend her highly to all who want a good honest rental property manager.
