p.I recently moved to Australia from Auckland and my property manager was Esther Allen-Davis. She helped me with moving out formalities very smoothly and also helped ending my lease early by talking to the property owner.
S.We recently dealt with Esther Allen-Davis from the New Lynn branch. We are really impressed with the Zoom viewing she had organised for around 35 applicants. Her attention to detail was exceptional while showing us around the property and gave us all an opportunity to ask questions. She didn't miss a single part of the property through the viewing via Zoom. Her customer service and communication throughout the process and even through the final stage of the application process was great. She is a great addition to the B&F team and we are stoked to have her as our Property Manager. Highly recommend her and her team at the New Lynn branch.
