L.I have sold my two properties with Ling Zhu from BT Parnell office in last 10 months, she did absolutely amazing jobs each time to make the processes easy and smooth while i was away from AKL, she has a strong sense of the market and very talented in negotiating. My experience went above and beyond my expectations, i would sell my properties with her again if i had any.
H.We recently sold our house through Amy and Jonas. Believe it or not. This is the third house in our family that they had help us to put on the market and achieve the desired price. The professionalism and customer service (go out of their way than other real estate agent) of Amy and Jonas are unbelievable. There are no issue with communication of the market trends, work need to be done to have the house in 100% presentation to meet the buyers' eyes.
