Benita Dwyer is absolutely amazing Benita couldn't be more helpful. A first time for us selling - a deceased estate in Covid Level 3 which makes everything way more complex. Benita is lovely, extremely efficient, knowledgeable, hardworking, approachable, and very good with communication. House also sold for alot more than we expected which was a huge bonus. A safe pair of hands even during Covid-19 lockdown When we were looking to sell our home in Western Heights, we called Benita - as we had seen her name on signs with 'sold' stickers everywhere! With her extensive experience in the local property market, we knew would be in a safe pair of hands, but what we found most refreshing, was her honesty and the transparency of the whole sale process. Just two days after our first weekend of open homes, we were presented with multiple offers that exceeded our expectations. And despite the fact that Auckland entered an Alert Level 4 lockdown a few hours after we accepted our offer, Benita remained in regular communication with us and the buyers throughout the process, with the sale going unconditional during lockdown! Knowing we had Benita on our side gave us some much needed certainty during an uncertain time and we are so glad we chose Benita when it came to selling our biggest asset.
