Heather, our Property Manager, was very lovely to interact with. She was easy to contact and was always very helpful when in need of maintenance, inquires etc. She always gave us ample notice about inspections and due dates, and she balanced keeping the best interests of both us as tenants and the house owner very well. We enjoyed having Heather as our property manager and are sad we had to part ways. If all of their employees are as personable as Heather, I would highly recommend Crockers Auckland to any prospective tenants.

Finding a new place is never easy, it's very time consuming and it can also be very stressful! I was lucky enough to reach out to Ping who was extremely helpful and professional. She helped me find a new place and even secured 2 car parks for me. Crockers Property also went the extra mile for me as I was contacted by the electricity company of the new place and they made things so much easier for me as it was done over phone. I have been using the services of Crockers Property Management- Auckland since November 2004, when for the first time I let our family home in One Tree Hill. We were fortunate to return to that property and let it again three times. Except for normal irritations in this type of activity, I found Crockers Management providing excellent services whether vetting the tenants, getting the tenants, inspecting the property regularly, collecting the rent, offering research reports, advising on tenancy law, managing body corps or rewarding for new businesses referrals. I am able to recall a number of people and faces I have dealt with in their various departments. For 2 years 8 months I rented a property in Pakuranga from Crockers who assigned me a Property Manager. From day one, they were obliging and attended immediately to requests for maintenance to the Property. The requests were for the balcony to be updated to the required health and safety level. Also the current oven 'died' and a new oven was installed within two weeks from requesting with new cupboards and shelving installed. There was a water leak from the shower and the old tiles on the floor were lifted and a new floor installed along with new vinyl in the bathroom and kitchen. Bobette went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy during the tenancy. I thank Bobette for her efforts over the above period. Every time I send her an email to ask questions, then I can get her reply straight away. It makes me feel confident about the unit title properties. To be honest, before I bought this property lots of people told me do not touch the unit title property, as there would be lots of hassles to deal with. But now, I know I am well supported and advised.
