S.David has been a trusted advocate for us through three property exchanges since 2018. We met David as the selling agent at an open home for what would later become our family home. At the time, the 3-bed unit ticked so many boxes for us we were inspired to put in an offer, conditional on the sale of our current home at the time. David put himself on the line for us, both as vendor and purchaser, knowing that if either exchange was unsuccessful, neither would be at the end of the day. His advice to us as vendors was invaluable, getting our home at the time sale-ready in a matter of weeks. The sale enabled us to comfortably go unconditional and move into our new home within two months of our first meeting.
Fast forward a couple years, our family had outgrown the home purchased in 2018, and we had made the decision to move away from Auckland. We contacted David, given his proven record and friendly demeanour, to assist us once again as vendors.
