There is a lot more to selling a house now than 20-years ago. Denise was brilliant! She quickly gathered all of the relevant documentation and got a comprehensive marketing campaign underway in a very short time. My wife and I lived in a property in Mangere for 43 years. As our ages were approaching 75 , and our children were well settled elsewhere we talked of a retirement village. Our first contact with Denise was from a pamphlet drop in our letter box. From our call Denise visited us and gave us a very good idea of the procedures and experiences of selling our home. We were impressed by her knowledge and manner, so decided to proceed. Denise organised the advertising, signage, photography, and open homes, each time explaining very clearly what we should and shouldn't do to achieve the desired result. She advised us on how the interior would look best, and other "tricks of the trade". She pulled 120 people through our house at open homes times, all of whom were potential buyers, and all of whom she followed up with telephone calls to ascertain their intentions. On the evening preceding the auction Denise phoned, advising she had secured 12 sincere bidders for the following day. The auction took place under the professional eyes of the Ray White team and achieved a result well above our expectations. We were both highly delighted with Denise. Her sparkling friendly manner, coupled with her extensive real estate experience and knowledge left us in no doubt that Denise Wong was a highly efficient and successful real estate agent and we would recommend her to any person contemplating the sale of their property.
