We have had the pleasure of working with the Du Val group over many years... Helping create magical settings for the various celebrations of their company. From Halloween parties, Christmas Parties, staff gatherings to the magnificent opening of their superb offices, it is obvious they are a distinguished team. Working with their company has always been such a professional, easy, friendly and pleasurable experience. Their staff are always so approachable, and I am glad to have had the pleasure of working with them. I would not hesitate directing anyone to them for their services as they are obviously a reputable business.

Pretty Epic and open staff, they tell you want you need to know and get through the information quickly so you know where you stand, or what you need to do to get where you want. The best bit for me was their spreadsheet models of how to plan your life, you can tell everyone of the Du Val staff have your best interests at heart and there is somewhat of a motto/ethos in there to help as many people achieve financial freedom through planning and property. A+ from me

Purchasing an investment property through Du Val was stress-free and gave me complete confidence in purchasing. Staff were exceptionally knowledgeable and could easily provide the information required for me to research and do my due diligence before purchasing. The purchasing process was easy and professional with exceptional communication. I've been really impressed with every interaction. High quality build, along with a fantastic property management team to manage the final product.

When looking in to buying a property for investment we didn't really know where to start. Du Val staff have been exceptional with their advice and service and made the whole process so easy. Once we got our first property and realised how beneficial it was and that we could actually do more with our equity we brought two more and now we can't wait to get a fourth. We are in our mid 40's and are planning for our retirement goals and securing a stable future for our children. If you are starting out and not sure where to begin Du Val are the way to go. Their staff were never pushy and just gave us sound advice and options so we could make our own decisions. Highly recommend.

Ben is a fantastic adviser. The whole process of purchasing was made so easy. The property management team, have been outstanding. Excellent communication all round, with professional people who are just really nice humans. Such a great experience compared to others. I would definitely recommend Du Val.

I purchased my first investment with Du Val Group and could not be happier I took this step. I was uncertain at first as It was all new to me however, the team were amazing and gave me every piece of information I needed to feel comfortable in doing this. Instead of having my savings sit in my bank account, it grew in capital gains before the property was even built! I would not have been able to save this amount of money any other way. I learnt that there is always a way forward with the right help and advise, and I would highly recommend contacting Du Val Group to get on the property ladder this way, if you are not already, and/or start investing to build your future the best way you can. The team are highly experienced and extremely knowledgeable. 10/10 service!

We purchased an apartment from Duval Group just over a year and a half ago. They went out of their way to accommodate us when we travelled to Auckland to view their stock. We ended up purchasing an apartment that they had just finished building. We were so looked after and the process was amazing. They supported us throughout the whole process to the very end. Even now we stay in contact. What I love the most is we were not just another number they made a sale too but we were people. We were treated like people. It's personal for them. They take it that extra mile. We can't wait to work with them again.

I'm new in this 1st home buying. Went in to visit the property advisor Jenna and was feeling really nervous about purchasing my first home. Jenna was really helpful and supportive and wasn't pushy. As a newbie to property investing, and a resistance to go into this sort of thing, the additional time that their staff put in to make us feel at ease and explain even the simpliest of questions was fantastic. Amazing, I've bought my first home through this company, off the plan! I first spoke to Ben Good who was super helpful and put me on the right track to purchasing my first property! Buying off the plan enables me to save up more so that I get an even better deal from the bank come time for settlement. Also, purchasing off the plan means that my house is below todays market price and upon completion, the value would have gone up so I'm likely to get capital gains! They provide all the appliances and installation - Fridge, Freezer, Oven, Cooktop, Microwave, Dishwasher, Washing machine and Dryer! I also spoke to their mortgage broker so I could put a plan in place even though my finances weren't the best. Du Val was so great to deal with when purchasing my first home that I've decided to join their team so I can help others just like Ben Good helped me :) Try Du Val, they are great!

Dealt with Sam Soon who introduced me to Parry terraces. Went up and beyond standard expectations by always providing me comparable sales evidence and rental appraisals before we even asked and kept me up to date throughout the process. Ensured that everything was on track and acted with true professionalism and expertise. Clearly understood the market and his product. For questions which he did not have the answer to he found out the answer and got back to me right away without ever having to chase him. He sets a high standard for sales consultants. Would recommend getting in touch with him to help with your home ownership/investment needs.
