Excella Property A+ Kylie at Excella AA++ Kylie at Excella is the most wonderful property manager I have come across. 😊 Kylie is always professional, quick with communication and always so friendly to deal with. We couldn’t be happier with our new home thanks to Kylie for making it all happen and going out of her way to make sure it felt clean, tidy and almost like new for us to move into. As a tenant, this is the first time I have encountered a property manager who treats me as a human being. They are very responsive and helpful at every steps of the way. It makes moving to Auckland a lot easier for someone who does not have any relatives in Auckland. They also take care of the property very well for both the tenants and landlords. Highly recommended.

As a tenant for the past 3 years, I am very happy with the services provided by Excella especially Kylie Tse. If we had any issues, Kylie and her team would quickly get it done. After we moved out, the inspection was done within 24 hours and our bond refund was processed immediately.

We have been renting under Excella Property Rentals for the past year and we can only think of positive comments and kind words to say. Kylie has been very professional from the beginning and it is always a delight interacting with her. One thing we remember, we were provided a comprehensive entry inspection report at the start of our tenancy, which was new to us and we were amazed on how each item were carefully written and inspected, including a number of pictures for reference. The property is tidy and in very good condition when we first moved in. In terms of communications and notices, the details and information we receive are always thorough. Whenever we have concerns or questions, Kylie responds and addresses our concerns to the best of her ability. She does not only care for the properties and the owners, but she also cares for the tenants equally. This sets her apart from the other property managers/property management services that we had been to. Excella also helped us find a new rental property and we are privileged to continue being under the company’s services. No wonder the company excels in so many levels. Keep up the great work! ☺️

Kylie manages our property in Auckland, especially as we have relocated to another country. As the property was quite old, a renovation was sorely needed. She handled everything with confidence and with great care, ensuring we got good deals along the way. She also has great taste of interior fit-outs, so working with her on getting the place to standard was a breeze. She then proceeded to get the unit rented out at a significantly higher rate! Kylie has gone above any beyond our expectations. Highly recommended =)

Kylie is the best property manager in town! I now have got happier tenants and more money. She has increased my rent by $150. It made me realised how much I have lost during the two years when I was with another property management company - Almost $15,000! Kylie understood the market and is equally fair to the tenants and landlords. For an owner who is living overseas, I feel absolutely worry free when it comes to my New Zealand property. All landlords want is fair rent with good tenants. Unfortunately such common senses are rare commodity these days.

Honestly its a very company for renting studio apartments and the price is reasonable for us a overseas immigrants to stay independently in a clean ,tidy place and a CBD location which near all the central places in Auckland City . Also the staff are very friendly and helpful. Kylie is a very nice and professional landlord manager she is very supportive whenever we ask for advice or if we need any information regarding the property she is more than happy to guide and help her tenants. WHY SHOULD HOUSING BECOME A COMMODITY?.... but I applaud Kylie's efforts to maintain the properties in the best conditions, and that her exercise of care in the selection of tenants and to provide incentives for good tenants to remain. The strategy results in happy tenants, reduces tenant turn over, and in the long run, great saving for the property owners, both on rental income and the cost of maintenance.
