s.We have been through our share of property managers over the years and so we learned a few things about what makes for a good one and Lisa is absolutely up there. She also helped manage the renovation of a rental property which was a considerable undertaking that we simply did not expect from a property manager. In conclusion: she is very knowledgeable in all things property, her experience allows her to have a valuable perspective on the subject, she is very pragmatic and down to earth. She is also an excellent communicator and, as simple as it may sound but it is a rare treat, she cares. She has all our trust. Thank you Lisa.

N.We recently had a water leaking problem with one of our properties, which we needed to apply for a insurance claim. The gentleman from the Insurance company, expressed our Property Manager was very good to deal with and due to this, things went smoothly and pay out was granted.

But this morning a lady called and explained why thry could not get back to me. She was professional and knew the market very well. I am impressed now!
