Y.Fiona is the absolute right person to talk to if you are selling in Central or West Auckland. She's very approachable and knowledgeable, always stays in good communication with us. We are impressed with her accurate prediction of the property market. Her team member Fannie and assistant Kathryn are both very well organised and efficient. We end up selling our Glendene property at a great price with her help! Fiona and her team are highly recommended to all buyers, home owners and investors!
P.We recently sold our house with Fiona and received almost exactly the price she suggested our house was worth. While that was surprising at the time of sale, Fiona met with us quickly when contacted and had good reasoning for why she believed the price to be valid.
She supported us with her team through open homes and two discussions prior to auction to help us along and understand the process. It was still nerve wracking trying to sell, but Fiona was professional the whole time.
We had a very successful auction and were taken care of across the purchase and still have support as we move to settlement.
