Gurvik is a very enthusiastic and knowledgeable professional on property matters. We were also very impressed with his regular property updates and high-level attention to detail. Gurvik has a professional personal touch who takes time to make us feel comfortable, and for this we are truly appreciative. Any questions that we had, he was able to answer these quickly. Overall he did a fantastic job, he is a great Real Estate agent. We would highly recommend him.

I wanted to everyone knows how much I appreciate the excellent service provided by Gurvik of Barfoot and Thompson. We started our initial conversation a month ago and I was very clear about what I wanted and about my budget. He took the initiative did some research and came back to me with a few good properties. Unlike most property agents he was very clear in his conversation/action that I will do this for you rather than that's how it gets done which I like the most.
