Ruth Boivin was the agent for my Landlord. Her support over the last 12 months has been superb. First of all she supported me with my application to rent, especially as l was in my 70s and having not rented before. She explained everything in detail ... bond, contract, etc... and made sure I'd settled in. Occasionally something needed attending to and she made it very clear I could phone her at any time.
