As a landlord who's managed their own property for many years, relying on friends to assist, and doing things from overseas - this has certainly been a fabulous and welcomed experience! The transition to Harcourts professional properly management service (Epsom Branch) was simply a breeze. I have been working with Rebekah (remotely from Canada), to get my properly inspected, listed & rented in record time. Rebekah's communication and professionalism, providing expert analysis on market conditions, landlord responsibilities, tenant selection, reviews and feedback after interviews was just the beginning. Rebekah truly went above and beyond to ensure the property was in a tenantable state and has followed up to ensure the new tenant is happy. Working with Rebekah, if you happen to be doing this remotely - you'll get first class service. Video calls, consistent communication and updates that really just want to make you smile - you'll be well taken care of here. In addition to everything else, this process occurred during the COVID-19 pandemic where listing a property is a tricky business, especially during the strict New Zealand 2021 lockdowns. I absolutely trust Harcourts and their Epsom team - well done and keep up the amazing work. I just wish there was room for more stars!

Abbey and Richard put in so much hard work to get us a great result way beyond our expectations. They ensured that we were always kept up to date with what was happening and what enquiries were coming through. They really took the time to get buyers to see the potential in our property. Awesome agents that get results. Abbey, Richard and the Harcourts 23 team were brilliant. Their energy, expertise, knowledge of the market and abililty to connect with buyers was fantastic. It helped us achieve an amazing result when selling our property.

We engaged Abbey and Richard to sell our house for three main reasons. First, we had purchased via them before and really enjoyed the experience from a buyer's point of view. Secondly, their expertise within the central Auckland property market. Thirdly, their unique, fun approach to marketing which really humanizes the buy/sell process. We were however blown away when we started working with them and their team. Not only are they good, but the whole support team from photographer to auctioneer were incredible...behind them is a well oiled machine with people that really do care about getting a good result for their clients. The right team for the right result From the moment I met with Pauline and Midori it felt right. Their pragmatism and experience make the sale of my property look easy. No task was neither too big nor too small and they demonstrated on various occasions that going the extra miles was something that they would do heartedly. Their commitment is second to none and I wouldn't hesitate in working alongside those ladies again.

Buying a property Midori was great to work with . She was professional, friendly and very well informed. Was great at following up on things I asked and very supportive of the process. It was a pleasure working with her to buy my new home.

Positive and patient Selling my family home of 29 years was a big deal, both emotionally and practically. Abbey was very understanding of my need to go cautiously but encouraged me to get through each step, even when I hesitated. I followed her suggestions to get the house ready to sell, how to present it at its best and with a good knowledge of the local area. This is where I appreciated her patience and professionalism. When I had doubts Abbey remained positive and energised. Excellent communication and feedback from open homes at all times and enthusiastic right through to the end. It's been a journey for sure, but Abbey stayed with us the whole way and earnt our trust and gratitude. No doubts about Abbey (and Richard) being the right choice of agent for us.

Glen has a great set of skills and woun't let you down. He was incredibly proactive and professional throughout the whole time and provided all the information we needed with buying the property. The extensive efforts he made in assisting us is deeply appreciated. We highly recommend Glen to anyone buying or selling a home.

Glen really knows how to navigate his way through a deal, and approaches negotiations with a warm and friendly manner. He made sure to communicate every step of the process and knew how to advise us on how to proceed. Glen was also good with disclosing where his and the vendors priorities were, and kept the process as transparent as he could.

Just what you need Abbey is an excellent communicator. She passes on a simple and consistent message throughout the process and manages the expectations without being pushy. I went through a thorough process to select the right real estate agent - it was really important to me that the agent I selected to sell my house, understood my needs and communicated well - I spent months going to open homes to see different agents in action. As soon as I met Abbey and Richard I knew they were the right agents for me. Their advice on what I needed to do before putting my house on the market, right through to auction day could not have gone better. Abbey & Richard were professional, continued communicating with me every step of the way - they made things easy, there were no obstacles, reassured me - the open homes were on target, professional and they updated me every step of the way. Nothing is a problem! Julie was fantastic to deal with always got all my questions answered and nothing was ever an issue. We viewed the property many times on open homes and arranged times outside of open homes and this was never a issue, very helpful. All paperwork was sent through straight away. LIM took a bit longer from the council but soon as it came through got a phone call letting me know it was emailed through, great communication. When it came to making the offer we properly did need a bit of a push and some guidance and Julie was very good at giving us the nudge we needed, we are so excited about our new project and can’t wait to move into our new place!! Fantastic Agent Abbey took the stress out of selling our first home, and got us a fantastic result. She was really knowledgeable about the whole process, was always available to answer any questions or provide advice, and she worked really hard to make sure we had the biggest pool of buyers possible. She was friendly and approachable, and had a huge amount of enthusiasm to make sure we got the result we wanted. I would definitely recommend her to anyone selling their house.

Pauline was very professional and brought a good mix of possible buyers through, always keeping us informed of what was happening. When we went back on the market after restrictions moved to level 2 (due to Covid 19) it did not take long for Pauline (and Geoff) to find the right buyer for our house and within 10 days we had an offer we were happy to accept. We've been using Harcourts Charlton (specifically Rebekah and Joanne) as our property managers for three years now and have found them to be excellent. Very thorough processes to find tenants and then great management with everything needed. It's very reassuring to have such meticulous 12 weekly inspections. We've had various maintenance issues with the property, and everything has always worked out well with clear communication and follow-through from the team. The result is that the property is in way better condition than when we bought it, and the tenants are happy and exemplary. Highly recommended.
