Ruth is a cracker jack and has gone above and beyond to help us set up our mother's home for rent after she had to go onto a care facility, as well as find tenants straight away and handle all requirements for healthy homes standards etc, taking a lot of the stress off the family at a very stressful time. Udy Realty must be so pleased to have her on board, she is well in tune with the standards and requirements for rental property portfolios, and landlords can rest assured knowing she has everything covered. She is up to the minute with communications, keeping everyone informed and has a great ability to foresee any issues that may arise and deal with them before they do, she is also very proactive with every aspect of the management process, and a lovely person to deal with on top of that! I would have no hesitation in recommending Udy Realty to prospective landlords if Ruth is an example of their professionalism and standard of quality management.

Harcourts have been my landlords at multiple rental properties and have been amazing, but I really want to mention Lisa Goodrick and Tracey Wheeler especially, who have been beyond amazing. With the current housing climate it has been incredibly difficult to find a nice rental property after our current owner sold, and Lisa went above and beyond to help us find the perfect house. Ruth has acted as our property manager for our property in Albany, North Shore for approximately fourteen years and over that time she has consistently provided a very professional service to us. Ruth is friendly to deal with, efficient and pro-active. She takes care of matters without needlessly involving us; if an issue arises it is dealt with quickly and effectively. We are kept informed and she replies to communications promptly. Ruth has made sure the property has always been kept tenanted with responsible tenants and that the rent is increased over time in line with the market. When we came to sell the property she organised the work required, liaised with and co-ordinated the contractors. We trust Ruth; she has been a great help to us and as a result we have enjoyed peace of mind regarding the management of our rental property over the period she has acted on our behalf, which we are very grateful for. We would highly recommend her to anyone requiring the services of a property manager.

I had come from a tricky situation, without a reference, from a dodgy rental that had fallen through. I was a broke single mum with pets, and lots of potential landlords at the time wouldn't give us a chance. Ruth saw past that, gave us a lovely little property that we spent nearly three years in before moving on. Ruth got onto any maintenance within the same day I brought it up, was super friendly and understanding throughout covid lockdowns when I temporarily lost my job, and really helpful when it was time for us to find a new home. It’s really fantastic! My house was rent out so fast by Cynthia Dai since she took over the property from Oct 3nd. I’m so appreciate Cynthia on her great efforts and professional work for my property. Not only she found many problems which effected on renting, but also quickly provided the effective solution to us. Compared with other property management companies, I feel so happy and lucky to transfer 6 Ira to your company. I have been so frustrated due to the empty house for nearly two months and a half from July 27 to Oct. 2. As I do not live in NZ, the house had been huge damaged by former tenant during the management of ex-agency. So I had to try the biggest property management agency in Auckland. Two months passed and a lot of money spent, but nothing happened. The so called Property Manager of that agency didn’t even take a good look at my property. She didn’t know why she could not find a good tenant, but just said “good luck to you!” During this period I had to lower the price for three times but the house is still empty. Finally, I asked my friends in Auckland who recommended Cynthia. As soon as she takes the management of my property, she immediately had an inspection, found all the problems for me. She gave me her options for solving the problems. At the first time she brought clients to have a look at my property, and then she signed a suitable tenant in two days.
