It was a wonderful privilege to work with Claire Stephenson from Harper Properties. Claire was very professional and responsive and always accommodating. When we moved from our unit, we knew that Claire had set a very high standard of Property management and that we would struggle to find someone like her. Right from the start, and continuously throughout the time he looked after us, Nick was fantastic to deal with - proactive, pragmatic, sensible, and responsive. Nick recognises, and balances really well, the various interests that need to be looked after for both landlords and tenants and he has a straightforward and open approach to getting things done and keeping everything humming along as it should. Very happy to recommend Nick.

Our properties have been managed by Harper Properties for many years, most recenly be Heather MacAulay who provides an excellent service. We find Heather responsive and professional, with a good knowledge of the market when it comes to setting rents and replacing tenants. Inspections are regular and thorough, and we trust that the properties are in good hands.

She's been awesome through the Healthy Homes process coordinating with myself, the tenants and different service people. Harper Properties has managed our property For 10 years now with total occupancy bar a few weeks for maintenance and and without issue. We have had consistently good tenants with no concerns and up-to-date payments at current market values. We have found the managers to be switched on with good communication and willing to go the extra mile. Harper properties provides easy to read up-to-date monthly statements, regular inspection reports and compliance. We have found Harper properties to have good resources to overcome any small breakdowns that may occur. Always a pleasure dealing with Harper Properties. Never had any problems with the property managers and they have always treated us with respect. They are very responsive and always happy to help wherever they can. The always provide ample notice when they are required to enter the property. Whenever there is a problem with the property or any repairs needed they are quick to send someone over to inspect and fix the problem, normally within the same day. Good people and great service.

We have been through a few property managers in our time , even resorting to managing ourselves ! However, since being introduced to Harper's we sleep easier with mobile phones off! Couldn't be happier. We have confidence in their advice and supervision, we are kept well apprised of anything taking place on our properties, and they have a great team to call on promptly for repairs etc. They should be extremely proud of their service.

As a tenant Nick managed the property that I was renting. As a tenant he was always approachable, maintained great communication and always ensured that my family and I were happy and safe in our home. Whenever I had an inspection (which were always carried out every 3 months as planned - I’ve dealt with other real estate agencies that would only come to do a viewing once a year if that), Nick was thorough and inspected every part of the house including taking pictures of all areas of the house. Any feedback I received would be given on the spot and then sent in an email as well. Therefore if I ever buy an investment property I will definitely be going to Harper Properties and requesting Nick Clark, thank you.

My prior experiences with having rental properties managed always left me feeling that the service provided fell short of expectation and what was promised regardless of the not insignificant fee attached. This made me question whether the value for money being delivered to say the least. However, with my latest rental property that all changed. I became a client of Harper Properties through renting a property they were managing while my own new place was being built. AS a tenant I conscientious and diligent they were. I was on the receiving end of how they manage properties. Suffice to say I was impressed so engaged Chris and the Team at Harpers to manage my latest rental property. I wanted completely 'hands off' management so I didn't need to worry about a thing and that is what I got.
