Took a place on lease with Impression. Stayed there for 1 year. Ms. Sophie was the property manager, whatever issue came up was addressed and solved by her in a very professional manner. She was quite responsive and considerate. Had an issue with the bond at the last moment, but she solved it and I got my bond back. Would definitely recommend to go for Impression!

Renting for 2 and half years from Impression and has no issues at all. My rent still the same, tenancy manager always responsive, they fix my blinders and lights in lounge room. Office people down to earth. The guy who do inspection polite and professional. Strongly recommended it.

My experience with living in a city apartment has been amazing since Sophie Weaver took over as our property manager. Any issues were resolved in a timely manner without hassle. Will add that not all property managers have been as helpful as Sophie. The initial managers were negligent and didn't pay attention to request and issues that were brought up to them when we moved in which included replacing broken or damaged furniture and it took longer and longer for resolution. But, I am very thankful to Sophie for her availability, prompt replies and timely resolution of problems. Won't be wrong to say that I want to keep on extending my stay in this apartment because of how helpful Sophie is.

Reception lady was very lovely and helpful. Only downfall is the parking when need to pick up keys or wanting info is the issue hence the 4* review but that's expected since it's in the Auckland CBD. So plan beforehand of where to park (when travelling by own vehicle) before visiting or etc.

Q Bistamin from the Impression is amazing! She is not just working hard manager but the BEST property manager I have ever met since I lived in city for ages. She responds quickly whatever we request any time and any day. If the property has any problem, she contacts the landloard immidietely and fix things for us. Also, I was blown by her warm heart when we had lockdown. She took into my situation seriously. She talked to my landloard on my behalf. We are really lucky to have her as a property manager! I am changing my review after it seems they redeemed themselves. The General manager called themselves and refunded carpet cleaning part of the money back. As a dirty carpet is what I got when I moved. He was very courteous and prompt. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. They give you a dirty apartment when you move in and when you leave because for the dirty apartment they will charge you cleaning fees. They blame the carpet marks on you but they were there before you moved in. It's a big money extraction scheme. What a scam. When I moved there was mould in fridge and vacuum was so dirty when you turned it on it was smelly, when I nicely asked for a new one the property manager asked me to clean it myself. Now they have charged me for rent while I have officially left the apartment last week. I know they will probably refund it back but I am travelling and I need the money, it will probably take another 2 or 3 days for the money to come back.

The customer service of impression is very good. Any problems solved soon. However I have two requests. When I moved into the apartment ,I requested a new sofa because the one is torn and ugly. My property manager said she will speak to the land lord and let me know. I have been there for two years now. But no response at all. Secondly, when I forgot to pay to Easy energy, I get a threatening letter that my connection will be disconnected and we need to get in to your apartment and so on. Rather it would be better if they can send us a pleasant letter that there is an over due and to pay it. If the tenant ignore that then next letter can be a little threatening not the first one. I recently purchased an apartment through Impression Real Estate. I viewed 2 apartments. I was pleased with the information provided to me and was able to make what I think is a good choice of property. There were 3 things that concerned me - 1) when I made an appointment to view the property and was expecting to meet a particular agent, I was met by a different agent; 2) the agent I was to meet hadn't actually viewed the apartment; 3) on pre-settlement inspection, the different agent (again) to the one I was expecting to meet did the inspection - and the tenant wasn't present. Did I have unrealistic expectations? I don't think so. If you wish to sell me something, make sure you know your product. If you arrange to meet me, you be there. I also read the terms of the property management contract and was astounded at what I was going to cost me. I opted to manage the property myself.

Impressions as a company is the most professional and efficient one that I've dealt with in so many years. We are renting property through Impression Real Estate Limited in Auckland City since July 7. We have been nothing but happy tenants since the time we were shown the property by Kris Gong. We were so impressed by how Impression maintains and takes care of the properties they manage and especially with Kris who have provided us with all the information required to make the decision. We have been staying in Central Auckland for past 4 years and our last experience with the renting company was horrible. Kris’s quick approach in showing property and providing all the details required helped us in making the decision within few hours and closing the deal. We were very happy to see that house was all clean as promised to us on the moving day. On the morning of July 23 we notice that there was no hot water supply. I emailed Angela about the situation and she immediately arranged for a plumber and electrician to assess and fix the issue. Everything was sorted within matter of few hours. Never seen such quick response to sort out an issue with any of our previous renting companies. In December last year I was in a situation where my long term tenant had given notice and his exit day was the 30th Nov 16. I rented with Impression for 3 months, getting into the place was straightforward, Ainsley Lewis did a good job or organising the initial paperwork with me. My property manager was Tim Marsh, who was friendly and responsive when i got in touch with him - there were a few issues with the furnishings of the place, which we resolved fairly quickly. I needed to leave 3 months into the 6 month contract, and the lease-break process went smoothly. There was a bit of delay posting the advert for the place online, which is why I can't give 5/5, but Tim was responsive when i asked him about it and got things moving again quickly with the advertising team. A new tenant for the place was found 2/3 weeks after I began the leasebreak process. Would happily rent with Impression again
