P.Kane assessed our property and came up with a plan. He explained the strategy behind the targeted marketing plan. I thought it makes sense but not sure if it will actually work. He advised us on what we should do to present the property in the best possible way for the open home, photo graphs and the video. The photographs and the video clip were slick and had the right feel for the target market, even I wanted to buy my own place!
Kane was absolutely on the money. Two days after the first weekend of open home we got multiple offers on the table. Three weeks later we went unconditional, for a price that exceeded our expectations.
