N.We engaged Rakesh in Auckland (Central/Mt Wellington area) for 3 house inspections between January to May 2019. He is a clear and prompt communicator, friendly and eager to help, and thorough with his observations. Also very quick to deliver the job, and provide the full detailed report.
He made it super easy to organize, we gave him the agent’s details and he scheduled everything directly. He was contactable by phone on nights and weekends too, to discuss details in the report. His rates very good and he was very available on short notice, thanks.
