Kaushi Balasooriya has good customer service skills. She was only one make feel us ease. We had few other agents for get an appraisal to our property. All others make confused us except Kaushi. Other agents expectation was to get our property under their companies names to sell. Unfortunately we had to choose an different agent, because neighbor had signed the contract with different agent, because that agent is the same agent for their new buying property. Otherwise they would have gone with Kaushi. Best option was to have one agent for both properties. That's why I had to select different agent. But me and my wife wanted Kaushi as our real estate agent. So I gave her option to do joint listing. She explained to me it would be difficult to us having young kids and have to prepare for two times open homes. And she understood our situation and told me that she would do the same thing, if she was in our situation. All other agents were mad at us when we told them, that we gone with different agent. Me and my wife were stressed before we talked to Kaushi. She was only person made us really comfort. We would highly recommend Kaushi as best real estate agent. We wish all the best for your future.

Sear is a knowledgeable and tireless agent. She assisted us to get the best possible price for our property. She kept abreast of changes in the housing market and constantly updated us on any current interest. She has particular skill in conducting open homes and we were very fortunate to have her lead the viewings. Excellent experience!!! As a first home buyers we didn't know much about full procedure to buy a house. Thanks CJ with his knowledge and experience who explained us all details we felt safe and confident of what we are doing. CJ always fast respond for any type of communication as emails, phone call or txt. He scheduled our builder inspector and valuator in very tight schedule and there is our separate thanks to him.
