t.I have used Marty to rent our commercial property twice now. Both times he has been amazing. Easy to deal with and up front. The first time we required a bit of work to make the building more attractive and Marty was able to guide us as to what would make it more appealing to future tenants, and also recommend tradies to do the work. The latest time working with Marty was very brief as he had the place rented straight away, well before the outgoing tenant’s lease expired meaning no down time between tenancies.
