W.We listed our house with Matt and Ryan and their team after attempting to sell it with another company. Matt’s careful, considered and confident approach was reassuring as we worked to represent the house for market. Sarah took care of all the admin and more and was very helpful as we were absentee sellers. The house went to market on a Thursday and by Sunday Matt, Ryan, Lisa and Ben had three offers for us, the best of which was above asking and we accepted it.
