Mike acted as lead agent in the sale of a small commercial unit we lease. As the tenant we were impressed with his professionalism and attention to detail through that process. In particular Mike listened to our concerns regarding disruption to our business activities and adjusted his viewing schedule to both optimise the marketing of the premise and avoid conflict with our business. More latterly Mike has assisted us to expand our footprint into the adjacent unit owned by the same landlord. This was initially a casual lease that transitioned into a full lease aligned to the lease of the original site. Again a no hassle transaction expedited in a very timely manner. We recommend Mike to anyone looking for a commercial property professional on the North Shore.
