T. C.Affordable and Classy. This subdivision has got to be the fastest growing and most popular around. A school and shopping centre is on it's way and just a short hop by bus or car into the city. Come and check it out, you'll be amazed at the rate of growth and what Milldale has to offer.
p. w.Looked at quite a few show homes in Milldale ,the Maddren show home in Maurice Kelly rd was simply the best ,amazing, some really great ideas, and really ,really well presented and finished. Well done to them.

R. M.This is just the initial stage of the large Milldale community project. The infrastructure yet to be built up as it grows. It is about 9000 sections to be developed withinb 8 to 10 years. There are quite a few unknows as to how far this grwoth would go and how much it impacts the life style. The first thing comes to mind is the excessive traffic it creates. Also for those who are interested in buying land or houses be aware of the Crown Infrastructure Partners (CIP) funds which yo need to pay on top of your rates over the 30 years.

K. R.Very expensive suburb. Next to the motorway and has got a lot of proposed additions in the coming times. But till then, will need to drive to Silverdale (4-5 kms) for everything.
