S.We interviewed 4 agents and got appraisals before selling our house. All the agents were great, however Nelson was our choice. When we rang the other agents to let them know, one had some buyers that she wanted to show our house, so she hooked us for an open agency agreement for a week, after which we were going to go through the whole 9 yards with Nelson. She was awesome and sold our house without listing it...
However, even though we didn’t go with Nelson he was really supportive and made sure we asked the right questions throughout the process, gave us heaps of tips, followed up frequently and it was clear that he would be working for us with our interests in mind.
Will definitely recommend him to friends and family selling a house in Auckland.

P.We came to work with Nelson by chance when he left his business card in our mailbox with a note about looking for houses to sell. As it happened the day we found the note was also the day we where picking out which agent to list with. I called Nelson in the morning and had a chat and he sent though his thoughts on the properties within a couple of hours. We meet with him in the early afternoon on the same day. His thoughts where realistic without all the smoke blowing some of the other agents we had talked to liked to adopt. Nelson was able to deal with some strong personalities with the energy required and keep on track. Through out the process Nelson kept the energy high and worked really hard to get all the ducks in a row, at every junction keeping us updated on where we where sitting. Any time I asked a question or needed something done quickly Nelson already had the answer or got things organized faster than I could have had it done myself. On auction day (we were not able to be there in person) Nelson worked the room hard, like a professional (or an energizer bunny on speed depending on which well placed spy you talk to) and yet every time he talked to me (although full of energy) was calm and collected. I have had plenty of experience in buying property but this was my first time in selling and Nelson made it a lot easier than I thought it would be which I can confidently credit to his management style. We met Nelson when I went to view a house we wanted to buy... we knew from first meeting him that he is the guy to sell our property over the Shore.
