A true professional Following recommendations from neighbours, we have been totally impressed with Sarah in every respect. She achieved a great price for us through not only her market and sales knowledge but also that of potential buyers. We really felt she was fighting for us and not just a sale at any price. Stellar performance from a strong team We have been in Chatswood since 2008 and had met Dale when we were looking for our house at the time. We have seen Dale and Shirley working in the neighborhood since then but over the years we had been acquainted with another local agent and had decided that when we were prepared to sell, we would go with them. That all changed after Dale and Shirley left us an introductory package at our doorstep while we were renovating the house and getting it ready for the market. We invited them to meet with us and we were immediately impressed with Dale and Shirley’s candid, practical approach to selling our house. They are genuinely kind and caring people with high integrity. They have a wealth of experience and a strong track record demonstrated to us with two recent sales on our street. A true real estate professional From the moment Craig arrived to appraise our property we felt confident in his ability to sell, he was professional, detailed in his suggestions and plans for marketing leading to a successful sale 10 days after listing. Craigs communication was always on point and we felt we were fully appraised of all prospective purchasers and feedback. Having previously bought through Craig we were confident this time as vendors with the added benefit of Craig living in the area and having a wealth of local knowledge he would bring us a positive outcome.

Goes above and beyond We could not rate our experience with Michael any higher. Michaels communication and professionalism throughout the entire sales process and beyond has been exceptional. Sarah made the somewhat tricky process of listing our home under Level 4 lockdown and selling it in Level 3 as stress-free as it could possibly have been. She was so thoughtful and understanding throughout the whole campaign, communicating so clearly and with such positivity. The Pinnacle of Professionalism Dale and Shirley were absolutely amazing in their professional approach to selling our family home. Ross was very knowledgeable about the complex we were interested in. He was very helpful with gathering information, getting approval for various items and negotiating a great sale with the vendor. Highly recommend Ross for any real estate purchase and sale.

Met our expectations. We chose Rory to sell our newly built house . We expected Rory to be professional with good communication , market and local knowledge. This was proved right at the end of the transaction. Rory gave us an appraisal of the house after his first visit which was inline with our expectations. Then he presented a Plan to achieve the target with advertising and staging which sounded right with a right time frame for our situation. His advise and updates were prompt during the campaign. He was transparent in all his dealings with right amount of information. We did have certain delays with the papers (and due to COVID restrictions) to complete the transaction but he followed it through until the transaction was complete. We have no hesitation in recommending Rory and his supportive team to anyone.
