Beds are very comfortable.kitchen bathroom shared. also close to subways dairy's " parks A walk too Town 5 minutes CBD CITY 🏙️🌆 VERY AFFORDABLE FOR YOUR NIGHT OUT.

T.Its a good place to live, I lived here long term, right in the city, three coffee shops just across the road, bus stop, universities etc. Room is nice, I had a view of the water, it is good value, Luke and Daniel are kind and responsive. Fast easy process, bond returned really fast and everything was smooth. Thanks :)
R.The four stars are chosen for the location. The location is great, close to the museum, the universities and mostly the city by walking. But it is a student apartment where the square meters is very limited. As far as I experience to stay here (stayed here for a week as a traveller) the security is good, the receptions is always open and ready to help.
Cleanliness is good and we can even ask for cleaning service when we need to.
s.Stayed for short term. Pros: Nice view, hard but cozy bed, some amenities (coffee,tea,sugar, shampoo, and soap ( the soap was really nice)), complete kichensets, staff are super friendly (compared to the other apartments under the same management), nice location(empire and columbia apartments which are under the same management are located undr the hill). Water pressure and temperature were EXCELLENT.
Cons: extra fee (cleaning and registration), Wi-Fi is NOT free (3gb for $10 and 10gb for $20), they didn't clean the room properly ( crumbs on my drawer and MUCUS on the towel and blanket!!!), you need to climb the stairs which are very long, and you live with other people in the unit but they won't tell u in the ad(2 bedrooms in the unit).
J.Clean, compact little unit with attached bathroom. However, the reception guy didn’t tell us it’s a 2 bedroom unit and we are sharing the bathroom with another . There was 1 locked door and another before we entered our room. We left our door open , without realizing there’s someone else in the other locked room. Luckily , nothing happened but I think he could have warned us . It will be ugly if something goes missing and that’s not a nice start to anyone’s holiday .
The apartment is in the vicinity of the Auckland University of Technology. Everywhere you go, you will see their facilities. Huge place. So I expected nice cheap food but , not so , maybe I don’t go far enough. There’s only Starbucks , Subway, Pita shop and a couple of convenience shops. I guess , it’s in school area so not much restaurants around. But it’s a clean place all around .
A.Convenient apartments if you study in city. I stayed here many years ago. Very small but perfect for student accomodation.
H.Kitchen only partially equipped, stove not working properly, rooms very small, no hooks on the wall to hang things. Bed quite comfortable, staff friendly. Next supermarket (Countdown) more than 1km away.
P.First of all the staff was helpful and offered good service they could provide us with extra equipment for our kitchen within seconds. The location is central as it's close to the city center and the Auckland Domain.
In addition to that you also have a "private" bathroom that you only have to share with a roommate.
The problem is that the kitchen you share is too small and it can get pretty loud at night since it is next to a main street.
I.· Location was perfect for us. And the fact that there was a kitchenette with everything you need was good. We asked for early check in and that was granted.
H.I luv living in Princeton apartments. Its my favourite accommodation since i arrived to Auckland. I absolutely luv the staff here Nigel, John ,Luke,Albert and the whole cleaning team. The guys are amazing. The staff work really hard. My hats off to them. Regards Mini
K.Hmmm... Central ..about 10 minutes walk to Queen St ..And cheap at $59 For that you get a double bed room with shared bathroom and a shared very basic kitchen . No luxury here and you pay$15 extra for a car park which might test your parking skills ..yes space is,at a premium everywhere.But if you're looking for somewhere clean, cheap and central this could be the right place for you
N.Good pricing, good location. Kitchen area for shared room hostel is tiny, but bedrooms are nice. Room is dusty though
E.Great value for money! Not a top notch city hotel but definitely a comfortable stay for an excellent price.
A.I can even see my Uni from the building, 5 mins walk. Also CBD and Queen street is just 10 minute walk. Bus stop is in front of the building. 2 Asian restaurants are in just ground level of the building, very convenient. Staffs are helpful. highly recommended.
M.Staffs were very friendly however the rooms seems to be too small for more than 2 persons. Neat kitchen and clean shower.
j.The location is in central city so close to everywhere, and the bus station is just outside the building. The reception staff are very helpful. A $49 per night stay is worth the value.
L.Nice Service for this price, you get towels, shampoo and stuff and get a clean bedroom, and next door is kitchen and bathroom you use with one other room.
V.Good price. But very small and without any amenities, no TV, internet. Only the basic. If you will stay for few days it's ok. For more days, maybe not.

A.(Translated) I really liked this place, it saved me from paying a very expensive accommodation. I booked a room with a double bed in a 2-room apartment and it cost me cheaper than a hostel !! Highly recommended if you want privacy and tranquility. Super clean and cozy. Keep in mind that the parking lot is super small and it is always full, there is a parking lot a few blocks away but it is a bit expensive.

Me gustó mucho este lugar, me salvó de pagar un alojamiento carisimo. Reservé una habitacion con cama doble en un apartamento de 2 habitaciones y me costó más barato que un hostel!! Muy recomendado si quieren privacidad y tranquilidad. Super limpio y acogedor. Tengan en cuenta que el estacionamiento es super pequeño y siempre está lleno, hay uno de pago a unas cuadras pero es un poco caro.
