J.We first inquired with Moana Jones and Zhara Bakshi about 2 or 3 years ago, they provided a thorough property inspection and gave us a reasonable idea of what to expect. Moana gave us ideas of how to improve the property and would touch base once every year since. When we decided to put up our property last year and find something for our growing family, well I gave Moana a call to see if she would have another look. Our property was situated out of Auckland and I felt bad even asking if it was an option. At this time it was an option for Moana and Zhara and so they came and had another look. It was great to have them come back and see changes, give me an offer and engage in their services. There were awesome local agents but Moana was with us from the start of the project and she kept contact no one else did. The professionalism, the care, the support it was a one stop shop for us. Moana Jones and Zhara Bakshi are a credit to the professionals brand and the real estate industry in New Zealand. Thank you for helping us move onto our next Adventure.
