When we acquired a new property recently, they had a long-term lease signed up before we even settled the purchase, and at a price higher than the rental appraisal! Really impressive service and I can sincerely recommend them as property managers.

From making appointment to take a look the apartment, prepare contract, pre-cleaning the apartment and get the key to move in, all within a week.
The management are also very kind, contacting me from time to time to make sure everything is fine of the apartment and the tenant.
When I move out, they had returned my bond in a week.

T.It was our first property, and we wanted to be sensible and get tenants in for the first couple of years to help us with our mortgage payments. We had heard many a horror story of dealing with property managers, but we did not have the time to manage things ourselves. Our real estate agent recommended we contact Quinovic. Our property manager, Sam McCarroll, absolutely changed our view of property management for the better. He chose amazing tenants, was very knowledgeable, and always happy to help us out; nothing was too much trouble. We were always informed at the earliest time possible, we were always completely informed to make decisions and any issues were sorted promptly. Also, the charges were very reasonable, and by the end of it, the whole experience was worth every cent. We are now living in the property, but we cannot wait to purchase another one so we can get the lovely team at Quinovic to help us have another enjoyable experience being landlords. Highly recommended.
A.Sam and his team from Quinovic Parnell have been looking after a property in Auckland for me for over three years. They have proven to be highly professional with no problem too difficult to handle in an efficient
and prompt manner. They have a 'can do' attitude to all problems. I have recently asked them to take over the management of an additional property and once again they have handled all the requirements of the new tenancy laws, obtaining quotes for work to be done and having the contacts to ensure there are no delays. New tenants are already waiting to move in with a minimum delay.
I have no hesitation in recommending Quinovic Parnell to any landlords and have done so on several occasions.

P.Quinovic Property Management looked after the property that we were renting. This was for a period of 24 months until we vacated the property. They were extremely professional, stayed in contact if they needed anything from us from access to the property for maintenance to house inspections. If we had any issues they were easy to get ahold of and always responded promptly. This was the 2nd experience we have had with a property management company and this was by far the easiest. Sam McCarroll was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommend him and the team for anyone who wants their property managed or a tenant looking for somewhere to rent.

H.Had a great discussion with the owner here. Their approachbto property management works well forva great tenant and landlord outcome. Rentals are paid to landlords weekly which is great for their cashflow. They seem to be prepared for the changes to the tenancy laws and provide good advice in this area. Would definately recommend.
