I highly recommend Sally Wong who sold my property within 2 weeks of getting my listing. She has extremely high communication and sales skills, enabling a seamless and stress free sale for me as vendor while negotiating the best deal for all parties. Absolutely more than happy with the outcome . I will be recommending her to all my colleagues, friends and family.

I am a first home buyer and met Sally Wong on an open home. I have to say I was lucky to meet her that day. She was so helpful in the whole process, quick to respond and keep us informed. She was really efficient in understanding our requirements and did not hesitate to show us houses that were not even on our radar. She has good experience in the property market and would highly recommend her, and you wont be disappointed.

If you ask me to recommend a real estate agent for you, I will say Team Maggie! Maggie and her team members changed my impression on real estate agents! Their incredible patience helped us to buy our perfect home! Maggie and her team member spent months on open homes and finding potential home for us. As you know, looking for buying a house is hard and sometimes is a long process. But Maggie made the whole thing easy. Even we wanted to visit a house in the evening, they never said no. After about 4 months' time, we finally found an ideal house. We would not make it without team Maggie's effort. Now when my friends want to buy or sell houses, I simply just give Maggie's number to them and say leave everying to Team Maggie, they will sort that out for you!

Ali Ansorali provided an exceptional service. He and Steven Laing sold my mother in laws home and the process was straightforward and stress free. After the sale Ali supported her to find another home. He went over and above what I would expect from a real estate agent. Ali assisted with all the background work; organising private viewings, searching for suitable properties, offering sound advice, and on occasion being an excellent chauffeur taking my mother in law to view properties. A suitable property was found, Ali made it happen. He was the consummate professional throughout. We would highly recommend him.

We have been dealing with Ray White Manukau - Adrian Chhour and Bob Lemalu since August last year for the sale of our property. We have had issues along the way at no fault to Ray White. Absolute legend. Nelson sold our house in 3 weeks via auction. Amazing marketing, from the photos and video to the personal home website. Earlier this year I decided to sell my Clendon Park investment property. I was referred by a friend to Shane Hodgson at Ray White Manukau. Listing the property with Shane turned out to be a great decision. My first and positive impression of Shane was that he was clearly working in my best interest and not just trying to sell the property at any price. He wanted to know the price I wanted to get and worked hard to achieve it. The end result was that I got my price and was very happy. Shane is courteous, professional and communicative.
