Wendy Peoples is a true gem in the world of real estate. Her honesty and integrity is rare to find and very valuable when selling or buying your biggest asset. Her friendly and warm personality helps put you at ease during a stressful time. Wendy far exceeded our expectations selling our home for far more than we expected, the staging and her sales strategy was very impressive. A really good team of hard working individuals who go above and beyond for their clients. Working with them is like going to a Michelin star restaurant, they really are the top of the line. Wendy Peoples is the most hard working, vibrant, engaging real estate agent you will ever meet! This gem of a woman had to sell our home within 10 days unconditional so we could secure our dream home, no small feat! and she did it! while securing the price we needed. Needless to say both vendors and buyers were very happy. To me she is the Ethan Hawke of real estate. She makes a mission impossible.. possible!

I first met Grant Matthews of Ray White in late 2020 when he facilitated the sale of my parents property in Papatoetoe. Grant was always professional, enthusiastic, helpful and often during the sale process went the extra mile by mowing the lawn and tidying up the place ready for open days. His genuine nature and kindness during this time made it feel like we had made a friend who achieved an excellent sale for us.

Hayley McAlister is friendly, professional and knows the local market inside and out. I know selling a house can be stressful and a long process, But Hayley delivered a stress free campaign that took a short 3ish weeks. She delivered on her promise and got the best result for us. 29 September 2016 22 Walpole Ave This review goes out to Sam Vo. We had looked at many properties, over a long period of time, in and out of Auckland and really had not experienced that “love” factor or even that “feeling of being at home” in any of our searches. Till one evening, mid August, we called and met Sam Vo at a house we were excited to check out. He was welcoming and very informative as he showed us around the home. Only a few days after our first visit my partner and I decided we both loved this home but after past disappointments, were not optimistic. Then we are advised this little gem was going to be auctioned in one week. We did not do auctions – had never been to one. At Auction time Sam was indeed there for us. He offered us all the support, the right amount of coaxing and really stuck with us as we were beyond nervous. At hammer time we won it. It felt like winning lotto. After the Auction we headed across the way to have a drink. Unbeknownst to us... Sam, and the Ray White team were there too and celebrated with us quite a few drinks. If it is your first home buy, it is the reality that takes a little while to sink in. Can’t thank you enough Sam, for you genuinely wanted this for us, the lovely “survival gift” left for us also (so cute) and Sam was right, our new home does suit us. My husband and I have had our investment property looked after by the property management team at Ray White Manurewa for the last 4 years. Being overseas we needed a team who was organised and made things easy for us - they ticked all the boxes!

Be careful to know your facts about renting because you can get ripped off without knowing so educate yourself. I didn't know 1 week or 2 weeks in advance meant no need to pay rent for 2 weeks, I got my rent paid the next week I moved into my home and they haven't informed me of it but I am working on it.
