We are so glad we listed with Matt and Maggie! We were carefully guided through the whole process of selling our home. Right from the advice prior to listing through until Auction day we always felt supported. Their whole team did an amazing job with our campaign. Our Open Homes were always busy and on Auction day we had multiple bidders which is no easy feat in the current market! We always received frequent and relevant communication. We were recommended Matt & Maggie by friends. From our first initial meeting to the sale of our property they gave us nothing but 100% all the way through the process. Selling in Covid level 3 was not an easy task for them as no open homes only individual viewings, our property was sold only 18 days after going on the market. Selling with Matt and Maggie gave us zero stress, they kept us updated on how viewings had gone and gave honest feedback that they had received whether this was positive or negative.
