Our agent Danielle has been great with us. Making things look so simple we were stress free when she took over while we head down to Christchurch for work. I found Property Manager Maire Kay of Ray White Papatoetoe was a very easy and pleasant person to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. This was our first letting experience with Ray White and Maire made it very simple and straightforward. She explained everything very well along the way and was very thorough. I am very pleased with the tenants she managed to find for me. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to find a tenant or to manage your property.

Danielle Weck is an exceptional property manager. I have been a landlord for over 20 years and have worked with numerous property managers. Sadly, the norm has been that I have been let down. Danielle has been involved with the management of our properties since the beginning of 2014, initially with the paperwork/account side of our dealings. In November 2014 Danielle took over managing all aspects our 7 properties and has done so since, apart from when she took maternity leave. Danielle impresses us with her management skills, knowledge of the industry ,her ability to find good tenants, and her timely thorough inspections and reports. Danielle always consults with us about maintenance issues so there are no surprises. When we go overseas for any length of time we have confidence that our properties are being competently managed in our absence. We have recommended Danielle to other landlords who want stressless management of their properties. We tell people that Danielle tackles the task with ease and doesn`t shy from the hard issues. I have used Maire Kay from Ray White Papatoetoe to let out my rental property in Manurewa. I have been very well looked after before, during and even after the letting process. Maire has responded to all my questions in a very promptly manner, sometimes even well after hours and during the weekend. As a landlord; I felt that she really understood what I was after in a tenant and looked after my interest all the way through. She did it a way that she managed to find a win-win for all parties involved (tenant, landlord and herself). I even got some handy advice about letting out, property management and things to watch out for in general. I was quite stretched, due to having to manage other non-related deadlines at the same time. So it was such a relieve; that Maire championed this project for me with my minimal input and let out the place with only few days being un-rented between tenancies. I could really trust her, and I was really happy with the whole process and can strongly recommend Maire. Thanks again Maire, you are a Rockstar!
